hi everyone, i was wondering if its OK to mix wild yam and red clover in booby batter as one is a phytoprogesterone and the other acts exactly opposite way by blocking PRs. i am planning to use RC, hops, fenugreek, fennel and wild yam for my massages and will shortly go back on my BO routine( BO, SP, preg, prog). also my question is i have been getting lumps and late periods with 1800 BO and 40 mg prog 12-26, so have been advised to start with 1200 mg and gradually go up to 1500. i am oestrogen deficient (but dominant)and very low in progesterone. so i cant fathom how i can grow on lower doses of BO when i should have actually needed higher doses than an average 'grower' needs coz i already have low oestrogen.i know lower doses helped some but those were who already had excess oestrogen and didnt need much to get them going. i have also noticed that most people here come through the hormone test as being oestrogen excess/dominant with or without other hormonal deficiencies/excesses, wonder why they didnt grow in the first place, when this is supposed to be good for BE. thanks, anita

Hi Anita, Boy were you reflecting! That's great! Yes you can use W/Y and R/C in your boobie batter. From what I understand it does offer a progesterone blocker? I use both in my batter. Yes it would seem that a higher amount of estrogen would be necessary for someone in your hormonal unbalance. However, your progesterone is so low, it could very well be effecting other areas of your "eco" system (so to speak) and addressing those problems first. The body will repair itself first before creating new tissue. Did that makes sense? I've often wondered that myself, with those that are naturally estrogen dominant. Again...one of the those great mysteries. This board has just found that most of our successes have estrogen dominance. Wen also started a strong pr blocking program and has seen results after a stall. So...the great boobage growth....a mystery to be sure.
