Has anyone experienced any growth using fenugreek extract and massaging it onto the breasts? I've been using it for a few weeks now and they seem a little fuller but I don't know if it's just wishful thinking. If you have experienced growth how much was it, and how long did it take? What were your measurements before/after and/or do you have any pictures? Thanks

You can see improvements using just a topical application of the herb but it is generally faster if you add an oral dose as well. As Dr. James Duke states in his book 'The Green Pharmacy,' nearly half of the plants used around the world for breast enhancement are applied topically. Fenugreek is the best choice if you are only going to use one herb. So you are on the right track there.
