Hey, all! I've got a question. I've grown a substantial amount in width in both breasts, but my left breast is growing way faster than my right! I'm asymmetrical, so I knew this would happen. But my right breast has also grown a lot. I think it's beginning the base growth process. Anyway, I just started AF today, and I was wondering if there were any suggested herbs to take during this time. I've grown only on massaging my right breast with fennel and fenugreek (500 mg and 610 mg respectively) every day, and occasionally taking two capsules of fenugreek a day (maybe 2 or 3 times a week). So I'm on a minimal regimen, if you can call such a sporadic plan of action such. If there is anything I should be taking, I probably have it (like red clover, sp) or I would go buy it. Please let me know what I should do. I have never grown this much in the 6 months or so that I have dealt with BE. I CAN'T lose it!!! If there is anymore info needed about me, please let me know and I'll supply it. But I really need help! Thanks so much! emotions2003

Hi Emotions, [shadow=red,left,300]CONGRATULATIONS on the growth! [/shadow] YIPPEEEEE! Wooohoo! Not sure if you are interested in taking red clover and/or SP internally or topically. You should incorporate SP internally to help maintain the growth. And both in extract form in a recipe for topical. The R/C providedes estrogen and progesterone blocker to the breast receptors. ;D The only time you want to worry about "cycling" is during the luteal phase when progesterone is strongest. During AF the body is pretty much resting and getting rid of lining. I find I grow the most during my period. So...you may see some added growth during AF's lil visit. I am assuming you only massage the smaller breast at this point, trying to get it to catch up. Congratulations on your GROWTH! How exciting! ;D

Hey, Mominator, Thanks for the reply. It was very informative. :-/However, I have a few questions. I have red clover and saw palmetto both in capsule form. Does this mean that I should to take them internally for best results? Or do you think extracts would be a better way to go? Also, how much of each should I take? Oh, and when exactly is the luteal phase? I've been following the other board a little less carefully since May, so I only caught bits and pieces of info concerning it. Another thing: during my last visit from AF, I retained my growth until the day after. Then I lost a little. This time, my right breast has lost a tiny bit of growth on the first day. :oAny idea what's going on here? Anyways, thanks again. See ya!

Aaaah, the ol "booby" bounce. Very common....and very heartbreaking! Been there, done that...thrown hissy fit! The easiest way to remember "folicle" and "luteal", which you see referenced a lot on this board. Follicle (first part of cycle) Luteal (last part of cycle) Luteal is after ovulation, follice prior to ovulation. What you are experiencing when you loose "boobage" when the evil witch AF shows up...is water, caused by estrogen dominance....a good thing for BE puporses! Internal is GREAT for R/C and SP if you take it continuously...same with any herb. If you are planning on taking the caps to use for massage, then you need to make extract with the contents in the caps. There are directions in some posts...you can just use search. You'll find quite a few areas explaining how to make your own extracts. It's quite simple, I've done it myself. Massages are quite important to BE...I grew without them, but when I joined this board, and created my own boobie batter recipe based on other's...and started massaging...I really sprouted! And started to fill! Heat being applied has been helpful...again....lots of posts on this...search (can ya' tell we love :-[search...didn't have it on MSN) When creating a batter, you want a progesterone blocker & phyto-estrogen. There are boobie batter recipes located in the "routines" section of the board. And you can always start adjusting adding your own ingredients. Happy Growin'

Mominater, Thanks again for all the help! ;D I have one more question though. Is it still thought to be better to take your herbs on an empty stomach? 30 min. before eating or an hour after? I'm not sure if it's necessary. Please let me know the general consensus on this issue. I love the search option on this site! I've found all the info I needed between your help and the old posts I've researched. I'm really optimistic about BE, as I've said before, because I'm actually getting some growth, albeit my left breast is growing much faster. But my right breast is catching up, slowly but surely. So I'll keep up the regimen and keep you all updated! See ya later! emotions2003

At first my left was leading..now my right is. The key for me to help the 'smaller', is to massage with phyto-estrogen boobie batter, the smaller one more. As far as when to take herbs...general consensus is 30min b4 eating or 2-3 hours after eating. Herbs need to be absorbed into the bloodstream..if there's other 'stuff' in the tummy, it will tend to not be absorbed and instead excreeted. That's the best layman's terms I have for ya! Welcome to ProB!
