HI Girrls
I have been trying and testing out for over a year now on the best methods for me as i think every womans body is different, you make have to tweek every routine you see.
I take x6 pueraria mirifica x2 morn x2 afternoon and x2 before bed. Massage x2 daily with PM Cream
(i have also mixed my own boobi batter with fenugreek and bio oil) ( i prefer creams)
X3 collagen on empty stomach in morning and same before bed
I drink a pint of milk a day and eat oats for breakfast
Nipple stimulation also helps alot creating prolactins!
i am going to add hydrloic acid soon aswell
i do this for x15 day from the 1st day of my period
then on the 15th day i swap PM pills for Fenugreek (still taking collagen.
But alot of massage helps!
and read and watch hypnosis it can help too im going into this aswell.
i am 8st10lbs 25yrs old 5"6
under bust - 28 bust 34.5
any suggestions ive grown quite a bit
