I started my NBE routine on January 30, 2012 and I've grown an inch. I have been listening to the Breast Enlargement Without Surgery video every night, since early Feb, I've been massaging my breasts nightly with Bio-Oil for 360 inward rotations, I've now added Greenbush Enhancement Blend to my massage oil, and since late March, I've been using my Brava like the Noogleberry, higher manual suction, no smartbox and I wear it for 30 minutes to several hours a day, most days if possible. I also bought Greenbush Bustea and will start drinking it sometime this week. I started out at 37 inches around the bust and I'm now 38 inches around. I'm definately filling out my 34C bras better than before and might be ready to move up to a 34D. My boobs look more full, round and perky than before, I do notice more fullness on the tops and sides as well. When I listen to the Breast Enlargement video, I feel very strong sensations in my breasts and my nipples have been very sore lately from the Brava and massage. I've had periods since so I know its not just swelling from my time of month. I listen to the video before I go to bed at night, then I put on my brava and try to fall asleep, but I wear it at least 30 minutes at night and sometimes when I come home on my lunch hour, I'll put it on for 30 minutes like I did today. The other night I wore it for 1 hr, 45 min and when I took it off I measured myself and I was 40 inches around the bust. My goal is a full 34D/small 34DD.

I gotta be honest, this is a roller coaster ride, doing nbe, I'm very, very down right now because my last posting on May 21, I looked awesome, I was measuring in around 38.5-39 inches around my bust, basically a 34D/DD and May 25, my period came and I lost almost all the size I thought was real growth, but I still maintained 38 inches around even though I didn't look nearly as full and plump. I never could regain what I got during the month of May.

I just started another period last week and things have gotten even worse, now I'm back to where I started from almost 5 months ago....37 inches around, I look very small and saggy and to top it off, my nipple/areola region must've gotten bigger from both the Brava suction and the swelling that I thought was growth, so now my nipple/areola region stays puckered up like it does when you get cold, making my already small breasts look even smaller. I've been using my Brava with manual suction, but I don't think its too much pressure because I don't have any red dots on my breasts and with Brava if you overpump you can destroy the domes.

So right now, I'm at a loss for what to do, I'm very sad and depressed about this. I've put 5 months into this, not missing a day, massaging my breasts every night listening to the video, using the Brava etc. I'm thinking about stopping the Brava and the Greenbush Enhancement Blend and just doing my video and massage every night. Now, I'm very concerned that I've done some damage to my breast tissue which is why they are saggy and smaller than before.

Just be prepared, this is a emotional rollercoaster ride, one day you're up, you think you've grown, here comes your period and boom, it was just swelling. It took me from Jan 30,2012 until April 2012 to grow an inch and I got greedy and wanted to get more and get it quicker. So, I got hte Brava and then got hte Greenbush stuff just to "pump up" my massage oil. I should've left well enough alone and kept doing what I was doing and let things progress naturally. I'm just hoping that if any damage has been done that it will reverse itself quickly. Good luck in your program.
