Hello,
I've been taking PM now for about 2 months. I took protein shakes for the first month and saw a lot of swelling and growth, but not just on my boobs. The rest of my body started bulking up too, so I stopped. I'm not seeing much growth from PM alone, so I've decided to add in Maca. I'm taking PM from days 1 to day 15 of my cycle and then taking Maca for the rest of the period.
Anybody else tried this?
