Hi all,
I am preparing to start the GB herbs in a month or so but I am concerned about my birth control method. I currently have a Mirena device which causes me not to have a real period, only a little spotting for a couple days each month. I have read that the monthly cycle is necessary for the herbs to work so I was thinking about going back to Ortho Tri-Cyclen which still allows you to have a full period. If anyone has has information or experience on this subject I would greatly appreciate your response.

) I remember that others with mirena have been successful but again i cant say for sure. I guess if anyone else knows more on this topic i would appreciate more info as well.
