Often, you hear of new diets created by highly trained nutritionalists and medical doctors. And many of these diets are very restrictive.
But you wonder if simple is better for most. With regular excersize, I lost weight and have kept it off with a diet that's simple: stay away from sweets and the cravings for them won't come back. Also, I eat everything in moderation.
I'm not saying that all of the fancier diets are dangerous, unhealthy, and not practical. But since quite a few of them are, I'd recommend that anyone who decides to look into starting a restrictive, complicated diet to really do their homework before beginning it.
