Last year I was sixty pounds heavier and was at-risk of heart disease, diabetes, and more.
From past experience, I knew that if I forced myself to stay away from sweets for a week or so, my cravings for goodies would decrease rapidly.
It wasn't the easiest week of my life, I must admit. But sure enough, those cravings haven't been much of a problem since.
Combined with excersize, I lost the weight and have kept it off. I rarely eat sweets these days, and it's great to know that I have much more self-control when it comes to proper dieting (not to mention my fear of health issues have decreased).
I share this diet of mine because maybe it will help others. It's simple, but sometimes simple is good.
