I'm 5'2 109lbs

Below Boobs is 30"
middle boobs is 31"
I am going to start with: (waiting for others to arrive via mail)
Saw palmetto 320mg 3x daily
Flax Seed oil 1000mg 3x daily
in three to four days (when they arrive)
Wild yam 425mg 3x daily
Evening Primrose oil 500mg 3x daily
Fenugreek 500mg 3x daily
i'm kinda little, this is why i am starting with lower doses. i'm in good health minus the smoking which is actually minimal. 3 a day at most.... i am cutting that out...
i've had two kids never breast fed. when i was pregnant i had D cups.... so i have a lot of skin to fill out... right now i'm about a A cup.
My cycles are very regular like clock work every 30 days. no bc (hubby is military deploying so no need ). cramping is basically non existent.
I eat basically whatever i want i dont gain weight lol... i do drink protein shakes at least every other day and i am starting to work out (just got an elliptical) planning on doing that once a day.
Ramping- I plan on starting out with one pill of each 3x daily for 1 month. Will increase to 2 pills 3xdaily. Then 3 month 3 pills 3x daily. kinda stop there depending on how i feel.I dont want to quit AT ALL until month 4 only if there are no results...
Massaging- i dont really have any batters to massage with. i was kinda thinking just lotion or a warming oil? Also thought about getting some boobie cream from GNC? I'm a little scared to over load my body so i may just massage with lotion or oil....
Any advice to my routine?
