Hi I'm Nancy and thrilled that I found this bored. Quick background I am 40 and have two children (1 boy 16 and the other 21) My husband will not allow me to get a lift or breast implants regardless of how i word it or try to convince him. Even though he is a breast man and had boxes and boxes of porn when we got together I know he knows boobs. If any boob walks by he notices. So even though he won't allow me to surgically alter my appearance he has noted on more than one occassion that my bra cup is a little loose or I don't really fill a C cup like a younger woman with C's would. I am a small C because my boobs are deflated and have lost alot mass on the top. I now understand what dog ears mean. I know I should be thrilled that I have anything at all that fills a cup but when my bra is off it really is not attractive, droppy and flat. FYI, I had a benign tumor and some calcifications removed a couple of years ago and have been on a 6 month follow up program since then. I also know I probably shouldn't mess with my boobs at all and just be grateful. However, I have to see myself naked everyday and it does weigh on my self esteem.I mean it seems like everything I look at on tv is boobs. I do look good in a push up bra but when I take that thing off even I am disappointed. I also like the fact that these products are natural and the pump doesn't involve swallowing a pill. So here I am. I'm inspired by everyone's stories and the challenges they face. Here's my stats 5'5 125 ( i did gain 6lbs in the last 2 years to help my boobs grow) 36 B - small C - based on those measurement charts and my bra fitting at a lingerie shop. I am aware that I am starting in the wrong season but willing to try. I'm going to start to take on Tuesday after my mammogram the following: MSM cream - will massage breasts 2 x a day then follow with 5 min of heat Fenugreek 3 pills at 610 mg Baywood International - Complete La Femme Breast & Balance 240 wild yam - 850 mg Biotin- 2000 mg multi vitamin Loestrin ( low estrogen birth control) Prilosec - for acid reflux Please any suggestions I'm open and I'm also not easily offended. It really seems like the membes on this board really do desire to see eachother succeed.

Hi. I do have a cycle and it's always on time. I take pills for 24 days and then 4 placebo's. I am 4 days into my new pill pack. If you want to know anything else I am more than willing to share it.
Thanks in advance, Nancy

Hello again Nancy,
LaFemme appears to have gone down a few paths that have shown to be the wrong paths on these discussion boards as they have been tried before. Besides being a one size fits all kitchen sink recipe, they are combining PM with other herbs, and are using Black Cohosh. I would say make your own batter that works for you.
It might also be a good idea to address the acid reflux before starting on an NBE routine. Things that address stomach acid problems could cause conditions that would make it harder to digest & absorb the herbs.
Can you describe your diet, what time of day you get reflux, and any foods that bring it on? Sometimes just a few things can rid you of reflux without drugs. In the diet I would be looking for the amount of veggies, especially raw, how much & what type of fats, eating habits, etc.
Your dosages are probably OK for now, but you will want to take november through January off. A liver cleanse is the best thing to do during those months.
The MSM cream is OK, but add some Greenbush fenugreek extract to it - about 1 or 2 tbls, use plenty but no to make the cream so runny that it cannot be used. You are looking pancake batter, or perhaps syrup, consistency. A heated pad and some saran wrap will also be needed.
That's about it for now. Your program will change quite a bit when you restart in February/March timeframe. Pammy's Routine for three or four months on and one month off is what I would recommend for someone with your characteristics.

Thank you so much for all the great information and help.
I will remove the LeFemme out of my routine and should I replace it with saw palmetto and other stuff? Or should I just go ahead and copy Pammy's return in full? The felux medication is kind of like a preventitive I had some slight scarring in my esophagus from pregnancy years ago so it's more like a maintenance drug. Currently, I take priolesec 1x a day. With the MSM cream I wil definitely add the Greenbush fenugreek do you think I should stop that from NOvember to February too?
My daily diet is alot of carbs. I really do eat alot of white bread, cereals and oatmeals. I would say at leaast 60 % of my diet is carbs, then 10% veggies and 20% meat. I think I'm eating about 60-70 grams far with 20% saturated. My breasts actually grew from a large A to small B to now a full B small C. Prior to that I used to eat only 5% fat of any kind and I was a very lean and muscular 119. I am more than willing to change my diet again.
From what you've seen if I do it for the first 6 weeks and stop have you noticed that people will generally keep most of the growth? I have read all the great informaiton supplied here on timing and it does seem to be true. Or should I wait?
Again, I want to thank you for taking time out of your day to giving me advice and suggestions. Nancy

Hello again Nancy,
When you stop from November to February, it usually means stop everything, but topicals are OK. Taking vitamins & etc. is still OK. Maintaining the MSM cream w/Fenugreek extract is probably OK.
If you are eating a lot of oatmeal, watch out for gallstones. I have noticed over the years, especially back in the 80's & 90's when diets high in oats + low in fat + women = gallstones. You might look into Hulda Clark's methods of clearing gallstones and liver flushing before considering any surgery should it become a problem. To counter it, start adding in citrus (eat by itself). It looks like you might want to add more raw veggies to your diet and drop the carbs just a bit. Mainly add more veggies. The carbs will make you more acidic. You might try some psyllium fiber every day. Try to avoid all food for three hours before bedtime, no midnight snacking.
I have noticed that most women keep their growth. On the timing, it is my opinion that it is better to wait, but doing NBE in off months does no harm, other than some weight gain in all the wrong places, potentially - it depends on lifestyle and exercise habits.

It's me again and thank you for your continued assistance. My mammo looked good so I can begin. Do you know if anyone has every reported any negative effects on their breast tissue since starting a BE program? I didn't find anything other than just about everything increases chances for cancer. I also agree that maybe i should just wait until Feb to avoid unnecessary weight gain and understand better the Spring theroy. I have now purchased everything for the batter and I am going to begin tomorrow. I was reading all the past threads on the techniques and hope I do it right. :0
I am going to take the next couple of months to focus on my diet, continue the vitamin thing and focus on the boobie batter. I'm very interested in that noogleberry thing too. I'm also going to take before pictures and keep accurate stats to hopefully help others in the future. I am always so encouraged by the other posters.

On negative effects: Women who easily get cysts on their ovaries tend to make it worse. As for other negative effects, it depends. Sometimes NBE gets blame for things that it is not responsible for. Women with fibrous breasts, as I remember, tend to have less problems. I have seen both sides of the cancer argument and think that NBE would be a good preventative measure against cancer, but cancer is based on a lot more things than phytoestrogens. It one already has cancer, I would advise against NBE simply because there is no proof either way and rule #1 to engage in NBE is to be healthy. (I know I'm being too general here.) But NBE should not give anyone cysts or cancer. If they already have problems, it would be good to wait. But that's just my opinion.

You give very good sound information. Like with anything even the birth control I take it lists cancer as a possible side effect. I agree that in really looking at the ingredients and the research I have been doing (thanks to this web site) it really appears that we are in alignment for what our bodies are already predisposed to do which is grow. I am so tempted to try the herbs right now but I'm already pushing the max weight in certain areas for my body frame. : 0 I'm Italian, so the places I'd gain weight in the winter would be the undesirable zones.
On a positive note my husband and I love the smell of the batter and my son told me that I smelled delicious. I am very optimistic and am really encouraged by everyone on this board. This is goiing to be a big commitment and I'm prepared to share my bumpy ride with everyone too. Time for a before picture.
As always than you. :0

=O I take loestrin(24 fe)... I had no idea it was low estrogen lol. I just know I suffered from really bad menorrhagia and when I lost my virginity and started going on pills I asked my gynecologist to put me on a type that would fix that monthly issue (and it worked). ...That is something I never knew about my pills though... weird.
