My name is Joan, european, and I just started to read this forum which is great because I have a real issue with my breasts...
So:
22 years
5'38''
101 pounds
birth control pills: Logest ( 0075 mg gestoden; 0,02 mg etinil estradiol)
don't smoke, don't drink
no kids
I would really like to start a routine and have results, it would be like a dream come true , but my first fear is that it would interfere with the BC pills and end up pregnant. And i can't risk that.
But still i want to try it cause i am very frustrated with my body and that results in a lack of confidence in me.
so can anybody help me in giving some advices cause all the information from this site is making me dizzy..But i will try to read one of a time because i don't want to try anything until i know all the facts
