Right now I'm all shakey with fear..
I was using my noogleberry when suddenly milk started to come out of one nipple. I'm so scared right now. Has anybody experienced it before? Is it something really bad? I don't want any milk...I feel I'm just too young to have this thing..
I started taking a light BC pill (yasminelle) only 3 days ago but I still kept taking the herbs in tincture form with tea in the morning and evening (not too much though, just a few drops). Also, I take EPO 1000mg, MSM 3000mg, Omega 3 6 9 and finally goat's rue.
I read that goat's rue induces milk so I think I will stop it. But I'm not sure this is the problem. I've taken goat's rue for months now and this thing never happened to me before. Or is it the noogleberry?
Please please somebody answer me, I'm so scared right now.

IDK i just started noogling, but have you checked out the nooglyberry forum to see if they have any solutions. I'm sure there are many threads on there about lactating, though I myself have yet to come across any. If not you can always post a thread there and those lovely ladies and men will be more than happy to help you with your question. I would be scared too.

I am not a noogleberry expert but to me it looks like a combination. Goat's rue, fenugreek and fennel are all milk producers, but I must say this is a first, to see someone your age with no children start to lactate.
It's time for a break. Look into that yasminelle too, it could be throwing your hormones off.
Nothing to be scared about. Just take a break and let things go back to normal.

32aa - thank you for your reply, you are very sweet Wahaika - I will do as you say and also check with a doctor as soon as possible. It may have to do with the nooglberry (I think I over-used it) and on top of all that I sometimes used it on top of the vibrational machine. Maybe I over-stimulated my breasts too much....I hope so at least. Thank you for your answers...I really hope this gets solved soon because I'm loosing sleep over it

I just returned from a visit to the doctor and he told me that too much noogling stresses the nipples and thus it's like a baby is suckling from the breast. As a result, it induces lactation! So yeah ladies, beware of too much noogling!

I agree with Wahaika. Sounds like a combo of the milk-inducing herbs and the suction of NB. Nobody that used NB (that I know of) had milk issues unless they previously breastfed a few months ago or used those herbs.
Break would be good. Thankfully it's nothin serious...

a little update: I think I don't have the milk problem anymore. I stopped using the noogleberry for now and am sticking with the pill for the time being.

eternalsky... women can lactate without having been pregnant. it's not "bad" or "unhealthy"... some women even squirt milk or have milk droplets when their nipples are stimulated or when they have orgasms... not to sound gross or anything, but there's a lot of men & women that even like to drink breast milk or that actually use it in things like they would cow's milk.. It's supposedly sweet tasting.. But em.. Yeah.. If you use a breast pump & massage/stimulate the nipples & take herbs and/or hormones to stimulate breast growth.. You can induce lactation, even if you've never been pregnant before. A lot of women actually want to induce lactation, because they find it erotic, they have partners that want to suckle their milk, they want bigger breasts, or they just adopted a baby & want to breast feed rather than give it formula. hope that made you not so worried.. i know it's a little late, but hey, better late than never! LOL
