hello--
my name is Lisa-- i have been on a BA program now for a month- and i found a post for ''Booby Batter". Has anyone seen that one--
i was wondering if i should use gel form Borage Oil or a liquid form.
and if i use a liquid how much do i add to the fenugreek seed and olive oil mixture..
i appreciate anyones thought on this- i am confused on if i use the capsule or gels of Borage., what is the amount needed for
this mixture and how are capsules or Gels mixed into the other two-- F and Olive Oil.
