Dutch girl needs help!!!

Hello, my name is Miep and I'm from Holland. English reading is ok, but writing is a big problem, so please forgive me for my mistakes .
I'm so glad I've found this board, you all seem so nice and surpoting and understanding!

I'm 32, no kids and living with my boyfriend in a little village in the east of Holland.
I'm 166 cm and weigh 57 kilograms. My bra size is a 75A, you call it 34A .
I used to have a B cup, but the last 10 years I weigh less (about 10 kilograms) en so my breasts are smaller to.
According to the test online, I think I am androgen deficient. (don't know realy what that means)
I'm taking light birthcontrolpils which contains progestron and estrogene.

I've been reading this board for about 2 weeks now, there's soooo much information, but I really need help.

I take Paroxetine, it's a Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor. I've been taken these for many many years now, for my fobia. I've searched the internet to find any information if fenugreek interacts with my medicin. I can't find a good answer, but it seems that fenugreek does affect serotonin activity. But maybe this is only when taken oral. I don't know where else to search for more information....maybe someone here knows?

Because fenugreek can cause nausia, which is my fobia, I don't want to take it oral. I do want to try it mixed with oil and massage.
Does anyone know if massage fenugreek in the skin can also cause nausia? And if you do it that way, are there any other side effects? And does anyone know something about fenugreek interactin with SSRI (see above) Paroxetine (used to be called Seroxat).

I'm realy frustrated to be this flatcheasted.....with a bra and fillings it looks very nice, but without....its not much. I've started to massage my breasts twice a day for two weeks now en I try visualisation.

I can not go to my doctor, because he thinks that everything is a mental problem, even when my tummy hurts, I have to go back 3 times befor he believes me.... So asking for information about herbs for BE.....He would laugh and that would be it! And NO I can not switch doctors unfortunatly.

I'm on Prozac (fluoxetine) which is also an SSRI, and I've been taking the greenbush enhancement blend capsules, which contains fenugreek, saw palmetto, and wild yam. I looked into it before and didn't find anything saying that SSRIs and fenugreek interact. Also, as someone who also has a fear of nausea (although I don't have any officially documented sort of phobia; the fluoxetine is for anxiety), I can tell you that the capsules haven't caused any nausea for me at all. I have a slight fear of allergies whenever I try a new food/herb that I haven't had before, and even that didn't cause anxiety (which sometimes psychologically leads to nausea).

I find it hard to start anything, because I don't know what is right. It's difficult to figure out all the things such as combination with birthcontrolpills, hormone levels and so on. I don't want to mess up my body, so I need to do more and more research. Maybe at the pharmacy they can tell me if I can take fenugreek and/or fennel with my medication. And if not oral, maybe in a batter.

Today I asked at the pharmacy about fenugreek....she didn't know what is was...pfff. But she will ask the owner, who is away at the moment and they will call me if I can use fenugreek and fennel with my medication. Today I bought the coconutbutter with vitamine E and I also downloaded the free hypnosis mp3 from this board. So for now, those things are the only thing I can do, untill I have more news.

I definitely know what you mean. I'm on birth control pills too (Yaz). Of the herbs/supplements I've looked into, one thing that does seem to be uncertain is the interaction of birth control pills and pueraria mirifica. I've seen mixed views, so I'm just avoiding it for now.

Do you live in Holland or are you only from there? If you live there, you can probably get a blood test on your hormone levels for little to no cost.

Regarding PM & BC = not advisable. I used to that months ago and my periods were extremely heavy, lots of fainting, painful and I had a cycle of 20 days = totally not good.

Also, it's pretty normal for pharmacists to know absolutely nothing on herbs. Over here, when I ask about wild yam or any other herb they look at me as if I were mad or inventing stuff up! So the only option for me is to order them online (god bless internet). The websites I use are baldwins.com hollandandbarrett.com healthmonthly.co.uk I hope you find the herbs you are looking for!

PM Í will not take, I don't know the herb, little scared of it. Going off the pill is not an option. With the pill, I already have bad periods (like right now..pfff) and without the pill, it's hell. My pfharmacy did know that Hop is not to be taken with my medicin, but for the other herbs I will have to wait for their call.
I do live in Holland and a blood test for hormone levels is a good idea. For most things healthinsurens pays here. I will look in to it, but have to figure something out about asking it to my doctor, I really don't like that man. Maybe I can find something online here in Holland.
Last night I massaged with cocoa butter with vitamene E and listen to the first part from the free hypnosis found here on the board. That man...hahaha, so funny, but could not stay awake, so tonight another try.
I will post something in the medical section because I have to start domperidon...with causes lactation for me.........

If you're looking for a store to buy your herbs try looking in "De Tuinen" store. They sell Fenugreek, Red Clover, Saw Palmetto capsules.
