hello! I'm a 27 yo mother of sweet 21 month old boy. Pre-prego I was about a 34 B (right side slightly smaller) but I was happy with my breasts b/c the were perky and firm. Well, after pregnancy 19 months of breastfeeding, things are not so perky and firm. In fact, I call myself bony boobs now, b/c I can literally feel my ribs through my breasts. (sob sob). part of the issue comes from the fact that when my milk came in, my breasts when from a C (growth during pregnancy) to a DD practically overnight. Major stretching of skin (thankfully no stretch marks though). Anyway, here I am trying to at least get some perkiness and firmness back. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. I read some of the threads already, and I see that sometimes your body type can affect what routine works for you. I would say I am the athletic type naturally. I have never had a problem with keeping a healthy weight, gaining muscle is quite easy for me. After pregnancy it took me 2 months to get back to pre-prego weight, and I didn't do anything special, not even exercise. So anyway ladies, I look forward to learning more and hopefully, start a successful routine soon! Peggy

Hi Peggy! First of all, you should learn as much as you can from the other ladies on this forum and then decide which methods you feel comfortable with. I can offer you a quick guide to help you however. It's important to start massaging you breasts because it will help in the growth and firming process. If you can rub a cream which contains phytoestrogens (pueraria mirifica, wild yam, soya, fenugreek etc) it's even better, followed by some heat. You can boost the growth by taking herbs as internals like wild yam, saw palmetto and fenugreek. Other supplements which aid growth are flaxseed oil, evening primrose and a good multivitamin are always good. Some like to add msm powder and protein to their routine. Protein especially is essential. Other girls have used bovine ovary. I have never used it but if you feel comfortable with it then go ahead There are other type of herbs like pueraria mirifica... etc As you can see there is a lot to learn.... now it's your turn to decide what you like best. Remember: if for some reason it does not work, all you have to do is try again or try something new. Do not give up!

Thank you, eternalsky! I am definitely trying to sift through all the information! There's A LOT! I'm a little hesitant to try herbs just yet b/c there are a couple past medical issues I've had that may possibly be affected so I am trying to get in contact with a reputable herbalist in my area so I can get some more advice. But the massage seems like a safe enough idea, so I will start with that Oh, one thing I want to say- i visited a friend yesterday, and her breasts have grown 2 cup sizes!! And I asked her what she did, and she said she thinks it's from her leaning over and massaging people all day (she is an aesthetician). I thought that was interesting! B/c it was just her chest muscles getting bigger, it was her actual breasts!

Perhaps through the techniques she does during massages lots of blood pumps into her breasts and thus they grow faster.
