Hi Girls! So I've found this website www.ubykotex.com/the_mission/whyIt's about us women and society...the awkwardness we feel when talking about our bodies (especially down there). This website (while it has advertisements about sanitary towels) is doing a very valid campaign. They are trying to bring more attention to the issue of information to everyone especially us women on our own bodies. I think it's high time men and society as a whole stops once and for all judging our bodies. I'm tired of hearing stupid men talking with each other saying stupid stuff like "eww my girlfriend is on her period, yuck yuck" So what! I myself feel very ashamed when I'm on my period. I'm always worried sick that I might get a big stain on my butt...afraid that people will laugh at me. The other day I was with a male friend of mine and an unused tampon fell off my purse....needless to say, he was horrified. But this does not have to continue. We should be proud of who we are. So come on ladies, take a look at the website above (don't mind the advertisements) and hopefully together we can make a difference!! (ok I'm a bit of a feminist sorry) [didn't know where to put it the thread..I think it's related to health]
