Hi, I'm so sorry if information about all this is somewhere else, there are so many threads it's like looking for a needle in a haystack! Few questions that I would LOVE some answers to, or links to a previous discussion I'm currently on the pill, so I was wondering in what way this would affect NBE, and vice versa. I was thinking about trying Pammy's routine as she seemed to have great success, but wondering, at a 34A, whether I would have the same success she did? Also, if the herbs Pammy used would be unsuitable for someone on BC. Thanks for any help you can give x

I was thinking about trying Pammy's routine as she seemed to have great success, but wondering, at a 34A, whether I would have the same success she did? Also, if the herbs Pammy used would be unsuitable for someone on BC. Thanks for any help you can give x The pill interferes with NBE. In fact, taking herbs while on the pill is a waste. In my experience, the body justs flushes down the excess. The weakest are the herbs. Also, remember that you are already taking hormones from the pill. Technically you don't need more hormones from the herbs (they contain phytoestrogens - plant based estrogens which are slightly more weaker than the synthetic ones you find in the pill). My suggestion is that you either stick with the pill only but take protein, flaxseed oil and evening primrose oil just the same along with massage (I did this <except for the flaxseed> back when I was on the pill. I was TOTALLY flat, but grew a few inches. OR You can try the herbs without the pill and see if it works for you. Always talk with your doctor before stopping the pill. If you are taking the pill because of serious hormonal imbalances (like in the case of hirsuitism <excess hair), too much male hormones or polysistic ovaries) the pill is always the best choice. If you don't have any of the above then the herbs might be a good alternative. Good luck
