Hello All!
I'm going to start all over with my herbal attack on my boobettes here. I've read through Fawn's site, read everyone's different routines, etc. I'm going to post my basic info first, then I'd like your valuable input to get these two growing! I've had no tingling, not even luteal this month, normal period and I'm on day 5 of my period and about to wind it down in that cycle.
Age: 47
Body Type: Nurturer
Height: 5'9
Build: Thin/Medium frame
Weight: 138
Type A Personality (pre-fenugreek )
Nursed 3 kids, not much booby increase even then unless I was full!
Online test showed estrogen dominant
Libido: high
Medications: Synthroid, 1X day (I had hyperthryroid 10 years ago and they nuked my thryoid and I take this for maintenance)
Diet: I am a carnivore (give me steaks and A-1 over vegemite) I eat and graze when I'm hungry and have long ago given up my chocolate addiction.
Started BE with Grobust 3 pills 3X daily and 500mg fenugreek 3X daily, no tingling, no swelling, nada here...but my areolas appear to be getting rosier. I'm on the tail end of month one of the above. My mind is foggier, I've had headaches on and off, a lot more lethargic and a wee bit snappy in my otherwise cheerful personality here. I also massage in the shower under pleasantly hot water at night.
Bought 500mg Saw Palmetto & 500mg Red Clover today.
So get ready... here are my questions to get from A to B (or in my wildest dreams, C)
1. Should I start with 500mg of SP, RC and Fenugreek 3X a day and then increase throughout this cycle? If so, when and how much?
2. Should I slowly back off the Grobust slowly and then begin this routine next cycle? (I'm not happy with a lot of the extra ingredients in Grobust that don't seem to have anything to do with BE, and I'm obviously not getting anywhere with it anyway)
Either the fenugreek is making me completely confused or I was that way to start off with, I just can't tell anymore! I do believe I've become a space cadet in a short amount of time here though. So I thank you for any help you can offer.
Beau
