Hello everyone. My name is Julia and I am 35 years old. Unlike most of you I have no problem with size. I am currently a 40F problem is I am 4'10" tall and 172 pounds. I need to lose about 60 pounds and I don't want to lose my breasts. In the past I have been able to lose weight without losing any of my breasts. but before I started losing weight I was 195 pounds and 42F/42FF. I have used herbs in the past with some success but usually lose whatever I gain with herbsafter I stop using them. I just started using bountifulbreast today that is the pill that has the bovine ovary and my breasts are sore and tingling like crazy and this is the 1st day. Perhaps I am just very sensitive to the ingredients. Ideally I want to have a top heavy hourglass figure. I know I am not the typical forum member as I wouldn't even mind being bigger than I am now.

Hi Julia! Maybe you can try to take some herbs like Fennel, Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek everyday while you try to loose weight. Also, don't forget to massage your breasts often. The more you massage them the better. =)
Good luck
