hello ! my name is natalie and i'm needing help creating a routine !
im 18 years old height: 4'9 weight:95-100lbs i have a fast metabolism bra size: 32a
i've been reading alot of great things about pammy's routine and i was thinking about starting with her's but im not sure if it would be the "right" routine for me
any sort of input would be fantastic ! thank you =]

Hello,
It would be good to do Pammy's routine but keep the dosages at about 1000mg per day rather than 3000mg per day. Also keep in mind that this will take a long time and a lot of dedication.
The best time to start a routine is in the spring. You can start one now, but it would only be good for a month or so depending on where you live. It might be better to wait until March. You can learn everything you can between now and then and then be able to apply it yourself.
