How many mg's are in the FG and SP capsules?

Wahaika,
First off, thanks so much for being here for all of us.
FG 610mg SP 585mg I have been reading and searching through threads, what do you think about this?
4 FG/day 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 2 before bed 4 SP/day 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 2 before bed 3 WY/day 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 1 before bed
I was taking the WY up until cycle day 1.
Or should I do:
3 FG/day 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 1 before bed 1 Fennel 1 before bed 4 SP/day 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 2 before bed 3 WY/day 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 1 before bed
I also ordered some FG extract from Greenbush, the powder thing is getting to be a pain. Should I still use Olive Oil and Borage Oil with the FG? How much FG should I use? And should I steep this concotion as well?

Yea I ordered extracts for my massage as well, the powder made me break out. I use FG and fennel extract in my massage.

Are you mixing the FG and Fennel with borage oil or olive oil, or both?

I mix it in a lotion I make. I replace some of the liquid part of making it with the FG and Fennel, I tried it in olive oil for a while, but I kept getting acne on my chest. I have psoriasis and very sensitive skin, so I rather use something I know won't irritate my skin. My grandmother showed me how to make the lotion I use a long time ago, so I just added the extracts to it. I think if you don't like using oil, you can use a lotion you like. Another lotion I've used is skin so soft by avon, it doesn't break me out. Whenever I don't feel like ordering the stuff to make my grandmother's lotion and taking the steps to make a new batch, I'll just buy that lotion cause it's easier. I also have acne prone skin and I've found anything by st. ives is good as well, I prefer the skin so soft, but if I need lotion right away I'll go to the store and buy some st. ives, I use their facial moisturizer and love it. It doesn't say that it's for acne prone skin, but it helps mine cause the facial cleanser I use tends to dry out my skin, and the facial moisturizer doesn't over oil my skin using it, it makes it feel just right.
I'd say try either oil and find what works best for you.

Yesterday I believe I felt some growing pains here and there just mild needle ones. Which would of been from what I took the day before which was cycle day 4. Total 2,310 mg 3 FG/day 1 Fennel 4 SP/day
Yesterday I took: Cycle day 5. Total 2,840 mg 4 FG/day 2 before bed 3 SP 1 WY
So far no pains this morning possibly took too much yesterday, or maybe the pains from yesterday were from the fennel I took the night before.
Today I will take: Cycle day 6. Total 2,580 mg 2 FG 2 Fennel 1 WY 3 SP
I decided to take away a FG and add a fennel since I have already taken a WY before I came up with this. I am trying to get the dosage mg in between cycle day 4 -5.

Hello Rhondahz,
I think 3 of each/day 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 1 before bed is the best thing to do for this time of year. I also think that you (everyone doing a routine through fall and winter) should do GABA. Surf used 1500mg per day so that is a good example to follow.
No need to steep extracts, they are already broken down. Just add them all together in a small cup before applying. I'm just guessing on how much to use because the purpose is really to get the fenugreek extract through the skin. Borage oil is for the GLA content and seems to work the best. The olive oil is really just a carrier oil and is the best one to use. You could add a drop or two of lavendar oil if you don't like the smell. Per side, try 1ml of fenugreek extract + 1 gram of borage oil + enough olive oil to make it mix well and spread out without being too runny - try a tsp and work up from there.
During this time of year, the emphasis is really more on externals than internals.
Everything else looks excellent.
Lowering the fenugreek to 610mg three times per day, rather than 4, may help keep the chin hair(s) away. Keeping them all (FG, SP, WY) at the same dosages may also help with this. There may be other things that can be looked at with regard to insulin and SHBG in your diet such as lowering the rice but raising the vegetables, and cutting out the juice and drinking water only. Also try doing weights first then stair stepper with deep breathing. Doing them in this order will help move out lactic acid from the muscles. What arm exercises are you doing?

I think I may elminate the WY. I had a horrible cough that I could not get rid of at the time I didn't think it was related to BE. I haven't been taking WY for the last week (no cough) until yesterday, I woke up coughing up crap again. I'll play with that and see if that is what's going on. How about just subsituting two Fennel in place of the 3 WY?
I work my arms out on a couple of different machines at the gym. One where you sit and your arms are straight out to the sides and you bring them in to touch in the middle and back out. One where you sit and pull down a bar to mid chest then back up. I do some push ups and home as well.
I planned on getting some GABA this weekend and starting that as well. Do you think I should start taking some Flax oil as well?

Yes. A good standard is one gram 3 times per day.
Maybe you have an allergy to WY? Hmm. Well, there is nothing to replace it with. Fennel is different.

Ahhh Growing pains... They feel so good 3 straight days now. Deep pains and tingling Unfortunately I'm not sure what started them up, I started back on the red clover and started taking flax seed oil the same day. I read that flax seed oil can give you growing pains, I didn't know that or I wouldn't of started them both on the same day. Now I'm too scared to figure out which one it was, so I'm just going to continue to keep taking them both. Oh I also started taking GABA that night at bedtime, but I haven't heard that, that could give you growing pains. What I'm taking now: FG 3/day 610mg WY 2/day 400mg Fennel 1/day 480mg at bed in place of WY SP 4/day 585mg 2 at bedtime RC 3/day 500mg MSM 6000mg Gelatin 7g with O.J Flax seed oil 3/day 500mg Multi-vitamin zinc 30mg Borage oil 1000mg at bedtime GABA 750mg at bedtime

Pertaining to what Wahaika said:
* Days 1-5, estrogen and progesterone are at their lowest point and have been since the previous day 23. * Days 5 - 11 or 12, maybe to 14, estrogen is rising and progesterone is still low. * Days 12 to 18, estrogen is falling and progesterone is rising. * On about day 18, estrogen and progesterone cross pathways. * Days 16 - 23 estrogen is level, progesterone is rising and peaks around day 21 or 22. * Days 23 to 28, estrogen is falling, progesterone is falling. * Mid Cycle day is about 14 days before the last day (28 in this case), and is marked by the spike in Luteinizing Hormone.
My breasts are the most sensitive today on cycle day 14, which is the day I chose to skip all herbs and massages. Do you think that I am taking too high of dosages? From what is quoted below I would think that they were probaly O.K, but since I haven't taken any herbs today at all and they are the most sensitive it makes me wonder if I am taking too much perhaps. In case 1, if one has constant dosages and one feels growing pains, was it on a day that estrogen was low/falling, low/rising, high/falling, high/rising, or stable? If: * low/falling then dosages are OK/on the high side, maybe close to stall. * low/rising then dosages are OK/maybe on the low side. * high/falling, then dosages are OK/too high. * high/rising, (like day 10 or 11) then dosages may be a little low. * stable then one may be a luteal grower.

When growing pains started on cycle day 8 I increased fennel up to 2 day then now currently 3 day and the growing pains have increased with the extra fennel intake. So currently I am taking 3,270 combined FG and fennel. I know it seems high but breasts have been sore and tender every day since increasing to this dosage.
