Howdy. I've been doing a little research on all the different B.E tablets on sale on the internet and some people have suggested taking a few different tablets e.g. evening primrose, fenugreek. I have done a little bit of research looking at peoples reviews and have come up with a list but I was wondering what other people think before I decide to spend a lot of money. If I decided to just buy lots of different supplements to take, what should I look for? Breast actives, Curvanate, Ractepan, NuPerk and Just naturally. I've also seen a few breast moisturisers and was wondering if you need these or if you could get the same results from everyday supermarket moisturisers or even make your own. Hmm I think that's everything, I will be thnkful for any replies

Oh yeah, I forgot to ask about the liver cleansing that's been spoken about on the website. How often should you do them and what do you do?

All of those products are the over advertised crap on the internet to be honest. It's a one size fits all program and may work for some but not all. With herbs what works for one person doesn't for another, just the way it is. I think you should read around this board more and maybe on Eve's forum and get more information on what really works. As far as the products you mentioned, I took Breast Gain Plus, which is now called Breast Actives, they just changed the name. I spent over $300 and took it for 6 months with NO results, and they have a guarantee right? WRONG! I went to get my money back and all they did was give me the run around, so $300 down the drain. Then I did a little more research and tried other things. Currently I take herbs individually and I use a breast pump, and I do a massage with a lotion I make. With those capsules or tablets that have 12 ingredients in them, they are not potent enough, there is no possible way to cram that many herbs in a tablet and it be effective. You have to take each herb individually in the right amounts to see true results. And I know this not only from personal experience but from talking to herbologists, doctors, and from research of my own. Do the research, you will save alot of money and alot of heartache. Good luck and I hope you find what your looking for!

Ok, I think I've got it. So I could start taking 1000mg of red clover, fenugreek and saw palmetto 3 times a day? and if I don't start getting 'growing pains' I just add another 500mg per day or everytime I take the tablets? I'm thinking I may take l'thyrosine 500mg a day and Hmm should I have protein shakes? or have I just been told false information. Also, does this regime mean I'd have to do a liver cleanse. That bit is confusing. Sorry for bugging you all, I get confused easily

You wouldn't want to start out at 1000mg of each 3 times a day unless you are already about a C cup. If you are an A or smaller...especially AA & AAA then your doses will be much smaller or else you will stall out. The smaller you are, the slower you want to ramp up. The best is to start at 500mg a day of one herb at a time...like start with 1 fenugreek the first day, then maybe try 2 the second....etc. Wahaika has a good explanation of everything here: beboard.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=Routines&action=display&thread=3029

Hmm I read that but it just really confused me. I just dont get the amount of tablets. It was saying something about if there are sings of growth to go to 6 tabs of fg a day. Is that safe? I'm probably just getting confused with the amounts in mg

Omg! I am an idiot I get what you mean. I should start taking just one tablet then slowly get to the 1000mg by taking the 6 a day by the end of the month *hand palm* Thank you for your help everyone. I shall get all my supplies and start massaging!
