Hellow you all, I don't know if I introduced myself properly before but I'm 23 years old, from Holland just started Flat2fab program, I've just started my second month... I take Saw palmeletto, Fenugreek and red clover 3 times a day.. I don't measure myself (I know bad) But I !THINK! I see result but my boobs feel really sore like there bruced.. and I wanted to ask you a question cause I'm kind of scared I no were supossed to have more oestrogene to be able to grow but could it be that the oestrogene herbs cause you to be oestrogene dominant ?! Cause this can be really dangerous right...? and having sore breast is a symptom of oestrogeen dominance.. or do the herbs just balance your hormones ? (But then there would be no growth right?).. Please let me know cause it really scares me and if it really is oestrogene dominance that were causing isn't this a dangerous thing to do? Are we risking our healt? I hope you can let me know.. I do consider taking a test to chek my hormonal status.. Love Lis

soreness in the breasts while taking herbs is a good thing and a sign of growth! it's a good thing, remember during puberty you have the same soreness? it's not a sign of danger. As far as I know with herbs you if you are getting any signs of growth then all your hormones are in balance and you are doing what is right for you. I have never heard that being estrogen dominant is a risk to your health. Other signs of growth can be tingles, itching, tightness, blue veins popping up, etc. These are all good signs.

Just read what you said in your response Anastasia... and had to have a laugh@me... I'm getting itching.. .on the nipples... but as I've said in my other posts ... I definitely DON'T need help in the nipple department... my thoughts went to a funny place where I end up with gigantic nipples and still no boobs ...lol.. not likely but had to share my weird thoughts.
As for the Oestrogen thing... I asked my endocrinologist (hormone specialist who deals with my thyroid issues) if it would be dangerous to embark on a program such as this before commencing. Remembering I've had a LONG history of cancer since I was 6 years of age... he said there would be no danger to me.... and unless I'd had any indication of breast cancer tissue being present.. unlikely that this program would cause me any problems.
Lucille does recommend discussing the Flat2Fab program with a doctor before commencing.. particularly if you have any health concerns... and if you are worried then that might be a good thing... but what Anastasia is saying.. (and Lucille said it in Flat2Fab) .. there have been no known side effects to this form of BE.
How is your program going Feelthegrowth? Did you have any luck?
Regards Rare1
