Started a new routine a month ago. The plan was taking saw palmetto, fennel (fenugreek makes me gain weight) and wild yam, ramping up.
So I started with 1 g fennel for two days, adding 500mg saw palmetto, than 500mg wild yam, than another 500mg of fennel and so on, but I gained weight again. I think by taking saw palmetto. So I started over with only fennel and a little bit of wild yam and I have some pains and swelling. I'm currently taking 3.5g of fennel and 0.5g of wild yam. I'm about to get my period but I'm going o start over next cycle. I have a strong feeling fennel is doing something for me so I will start from 2g of fennel and will ramp up every 2 days by ading 0.5g of wild yam or 0.5 g of fennel
Any advise will be appreciated alot!

Hi Alana, I just started BE and was taking a lot of Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto, and I got really bloated. I'm still bloated, but I'm going to see if it just goes away as my body adjusts. When you say you gained weight, was it fat or really just water weight? Did it go away immediately when you stopped taking the herbs? Good luck!
