Hi,
I am recently on a program. Things went wonderfull untill last week. I was already under a huge ammount of stress. i took some herbs ( rhodiola etc.) and that worked well. I felt a lot better. I felt happy and balanced.
I got a panic attack last saturday and since then i had a few symptoms like being hyperactive, hyperventilation and i feel light headed. I stopped using the anti-stress herbs, that seems to make no difference. Can my herbs that i use for my program interfere and cause this? ( wild yam, damiana, fennel ) Can someone please dowse about this? Is there any link?

pinksheep, I can't dowse for you, (not a dowser-just not my thing), I do know that GABA can be helpful with anxiety. Sorry I'm not much help for you but I know that GABA has helped me with anxiety. Panic attacks are no fun, I hope you find something that works for you. Serene
