Hi.
Hope everyone is fit and well. Thought I would post my programme up to help me stay motivated. So here goes. Bit of info about myself at bottom too.
For the past 2 and a half weeks to 3 weeks. i have been using the following routine:
Massage about 4 mins morning and night with moisturiser and fenugreek extract
Morning caps (6am)
620mg of hops
95mg Saw Palmetto
1000 mg evening primrose oil or flaxseed oil
405 mg wild yam root
860 red clover blossom
550 mg fenugreek seed
After caps (between 2 and 4 pm)
620mg of hops
1000 mg evening flaxseed oil or EPO
860 red clover blossoms
550 mg fenugreek seed
Evening (10pm)
620mg of hops
95mg Saw Palmetto
1000 mg evening primrose oil or flaxseed oil
405 mg wild yam root
860 red clover blossums
550 mg fenugreek seed.
I wear a 32A bra and that has some gaps but an aa is too small. I have done perfect c before but with out any results.
I work out at the gym 5 times a week and absolutely love it! So I hop exercise isnt to much of a hinderance. I do a mix of cardio classes, weight classes and a tiny bit of yoga. I wonder in a way if this can be benefical as about 30 mins after working out (especially using light weights) I feel an itchiness in my chest that I never used to feel.
I weight 9 stone or 57 kilos and my height is 5'7. I am 26 years old with no children.
In the past I have hated fruit and vegetables and didnt really eat them at all untill I was about 19 years old. I secretly wonder if this lack of nutrition during puperty effected breast growth. Who knows. Lived off meat and pasta and crisps and chocolate mainly. So I am trying to have fruit or vegies at most meals ,whether it be a home made fruit smoothie for breakfast or adding vegies to an omlette. I am a very fussy eater so I have to mix vegies and fruit with other things, still eating a lot of crisps as I find them hard to give it but have managed to downsize on the quantity of crisps I am eating.
Since starting this programme I have found that the herbs have made me way way more relaxed if thats possible and also has stopped bloating and slight IBS. Have so far exprienced some very occassional itchy feeling on breast and tingling on nipples , mainly on the right side which is my slightly bigger side.
Any feedback would be appriciated.
