Hi everyone! My name's Michal. I'm 21, about 5'5" and 108 or so pounds. I've got a superfast metabolism, am active, and have been taking Yasmin for about 2 years. As a note, for about 3 months after I started taking it my breasts grew a wee amount and stopped.
Right now my under bust measurement is 27.5" and my bust is 30.5".
I'm thinking of taking the following supplements but would love some advice. Do you guys think this would work, or is it a bit overkill?
Wild yam
Saw palmetto
Fenugreek
Flaxseed oil
Vitamin E
I haven't started yet, so I was going to ease myself into the dosages and increase over the course of the first month. I've also yet to put together a massage cream, but will soon!
