After reading Fawn's site and finding a GREAT deal on kava kava root, I decided I would try it when I jump back on the BE train next week. www.botanicalbeautylab.com/beautybeprogram.html for more info. Has anybody tried this herb? If so, notice much? It's suppose to help produce prolactin and reduce dopamine which is GREAT for massaging. I know it's important to make sure it is the ROOT, and to do a montly liver cleanse with milk thistle or lemon/epsom salts. Maybe I will be the guinnea pig here!

Momi,
It doesn't produce prolactin, so much as it interferes with dopamine (which in turn, raises prolactin). I know - it's subtle - but in the future, it may be an important distinction. (You know what a stickler I am!)
Anyway - you are better off doing the milk thistle cleanses than the lemon/epsom salts for this purpose. The lemon/epsom reduces stones and helps you digest fats and proteins better. Milk thistle restores liver enzymes.
Also - try only using it a couple of nights per week. You don't want to use it during the day - it's very relaxing.
