Well, chocolate has caffeine in it, and caffeine is bad for BE. So...

Chocolate is good for BE. I don't know why. They made this claim on the Greenbush site. Probably the isoflavones in chocolate. Maybe the darker the better ?!?!?!?

Isoflavones are also found in soy, which is considered good for NBE, no?

The Greenbush site says this:
"8. Avoiding caffeine, carbonated beverages and chocolate? We have never been clear on why so many of those formula companies make these statements. Our theory is that one of them posted this rule and the rest of them copied it. Caffeine is fine in moderation, though it can contribute to breast tenderness, so limit it if this is a problem for you. Carbonated beverages have no effect on the program, though there are better things for your diet. And chocolate, especially dark chocolate, contains flavenoids that can actually be helpful."
Here's what other sites have said about chocolate:
"1.) Try to avoid most caffeine-infused products. This would include chocolate (although chocolate is not the biggest culprit), coffee, caffeinated sodas such as colas and darker colored sodas, tea, caffeine supplements such as diet aids, waking aids and other types of stimulating supplements with anything like guarana or kola nut in them. Caffeine and stimulants, when taken internally, can actually counteract the effects of natural breast enlarging supplements due to their diuretic (water ridding) nature, and the tendency to speed up the metabolism of nutrients and calories, which may hinder the very natural breast enahncement process that you are trying to achieve."
"2) Very Important Avoid caffine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. If you must introduce caffine into your diet such as drinking coffee try drinking decaf if you can, if not then have only 1 cup of coffee per day. This is very important as caffine decreases your ability to increase breast size while using BreastActives."
"1.) Try to avoid caffeine - this includes chocolate, coffee, caffeinated sodas, tea, etc. These foods can throw off your hormonal balance, interfering with successful breast growth."
"Caffeine interferes with the hormonal balance of the body. Hence, it should be avoided to have the optimal effect of breast enlargement like tea, chocolate, tea etc."
Another site claims caffeine interfering with breast growth is a myth.

I think in principle that caffeine is bad for be simply because of the depleting of resources to metabolize it out. But I don't think that there is enough caffeine in chocolate to worry about.
On the other hand from a practical point of view, maybe from a strictly BE perspective the two could be unrelated.
Chocolate is OK. Caffeine in moderation could be Ok. It would be a good question for those who have tried BE while drinking something with a lot of caffeine like slow drip coffee every morning. I know that others grew just fine drinking soda pop that contained caffeine.
