I am 27 and mother of 2 children ages 6 and 2. I have always been small busted, but couldn't figure out why as nearly all the women in my family on both sides have at least a B cup. After my first was born I went to a DD and eventually down to a B. After my second had finished nursing I went down to the dissapear when you lay down size. They're mostly just skin at this point.
After doing some reaserch I have found that, most likely the reason I stayed in a B after my first child was that I took Fenugreek for aproximatley 6 months to boost milk production.
I hate the idea of spending hundreds of dollars on pills whoes ingredients I can get at the Natural food store. I started taking Fenugreek a few days ago and drinking a tea with Fenugreek, Anise, Caraway, Fennel, and Licorice. I plan to start taking Red Clover and Pueraria Mirifica Extract. I also read that you can mix an herb with lotion to apply to the breasts, I just haven't decided which yet. I also am looking for a grain called Quinoa, that I've read has all of the amino acids your body needs.
I'm having trouble giving up that first cup of coffee in the morning. What use are beautiful boobs if I can't get out of bed? Is it really that important if I keep it to one cup?
Also there seems to be some conflicting information on citrus fruits, whether they help or hinder the proccess. I'd appreciate a clarification on that.
Anyho, hi all and I plan to be a sponge for the next few days and maybe get a better game plan. Any advice is greatly appreciated. TIA

Dont pay hundreds! I did charts to try and figure out how much my routine will set me back, and with online vitamin stores my total came up to 400 for exactly 6 months of oral supplements... I did a few searches on the forum for "cheap" and saw that you can shave off a TON of money... let me grab my notebook... I haven't started my routine yet, as a college student I'm waiting for Christmas money to be able to afford absolutely anything, so all I have are online shopping carts to share with you, but I hope it helps~ At Puritan's Pride ( www.puritan.com/)there is currently a sale where if you buy one item you get two free, a total of 3 items, or 2, get 3 (5) 3, get 4 (7) 4, get 6 (10) and so on and so forth. I have planned to use them for my liquid items, because I don't really want to mess with droppers and swallowing oils and ugghhh gross! I'll get the softgels in the mg I plan to take of each =) I'm also planning on getting my tea tree oil (for my future boobie batter) from puritan's pride because the current sale makes it a cheaper option~ At www.herbalcom.com/ You can get bulk (1 pound) herbs there as well as many oils... etc. All I care about are the herbs honestly... in my cart now is 3 pounds of POWDERED fenugreek, 2 pounds POWDERED saw palmetto berries, 1 pound powdered lavender flowers, 2 pounds powdered wild yam root and with a fee called "handling" it comes out to only 59.25 (AWESOMMMME!) At www.mountainroseherbs.com/ I'll be getting the 00 capsule machine (13.00) and the matching 00 size capsules (1,000 for 23.00, if you go the self packing route you'll need to calculate how much you'll need for however many months, for example, for my routine when I've fully ramped up I'll be taking 1000mg of fenugreek 3 times a day, so 3 x 30 x 6 would be around how many capsules I would take in 6 months... this isn't accurate of course because all months do not have 30 days... but you know. This is assuming that it's possible to squeeze 1000mg into a 00 capsule too... I've tried doing research here and on google... people talk all about the capsules but not how much generally fits in them!) As a side note, I'm also getting cocoa butter and shea butter (pure, unrefined, which means it's unprocessed... still has all the nutrients and vitamins that get removed as a side effect of the "refining process". I'm going to melt the cocoa butter into my boobie batter for extra moisture and prevention of possible stretch marks... there's really no reason for me to say that though other than the fact that IM SO EXCITED TO GET THEM~ My total using the self packing system is 201.84... $200 less!!! As for how long a pound of herbs will last... 1 pound is equal to around 453.5 grams (453,500mg), give or take a few .001's, so with 3 grams (3000mg) a day out of one lb bag will be 453-([30x6]x3) which equals -87, so 87 grams/capsules (29 days) worth of herbs will still be needed to complete exactly 6 months... not accounting for spills, or mess-ups or ramp up time or breaks... so it's basically a worthless calculation but it looks fancy! <3 I hope I said something helpful! That extra 200 bucks over a 6-month period is a LOT... and making your own capsules definitely qualifies as DIY! Edit: I forgot to mention, at the top I said that the chart was 400 for 6 mos oral suppliments... that means no booby batter or extra fun things... with the plain powders I was able to get a pound of shea butter and and a pound of cocoa butter and a pound of lavender and a total of 10oz of tea tree oil and still be that 200 under. Without all my extra surplus junk you'll come out with what you need for less... search the forums! There are so many good questions and good answers in the threads!

I'll have to compare those prices to the bulk herbs from the natural market here in town. When filling your capsules fold a large piece of paper in half and open it back up to make collecting leftovers easier. The reason you don't get info on how much a capsule will hold is because different herbs will have different volumes for the same weight. I too am giddy and excited, and maybe over researching while waiting for funds to make my purchases. If you do need to take an oil, put in applesauce. I Castor Oil in a futile attempt to induce labor, applesauce made it bearable.

I think I'm going to expirement a little and see what works before I buy bulk. On a side note I forgot about the digestive effects of Fenugreek. I'll have to tell my mom about it. She was sprikling flax seeds on her cereal until we found out that your body doesn't break down the whole seeds. They just pass through like unchewed corn.
