I did NBE for three months and noticed fullness but then I stopped. Now I'm trying to start again. I am a 32A and petite.
My routine will be based off of Dutchy's routine which I found when I did a search in this forum for "ramping up" mixed with Pammy's routine.
I am taking Fennel, Wild Yam, Saw Palmetto, and Fenugreek and will slowly ramp up over the course of six months.
I will use the program provided by Wenonae: Month 1- Start low 1000mg of all except fenu 500mg. Month 2- Ramp fennel & wild yam to 2g. Keep fenu 500mg, SP 1000mg Month 3- Ramp fenu to 1000mg, Keep fennel and W/Y 2g & SP 1000mg Month 4- Same Month 5- Break Month 6- Start w/ doses u had before in Month 4, but ramp SP only to 1500mg.
I am taking 3000mg of Flax Seed Oil and 2000mg EPO daily and 500mg Borage Oil daily. But are all three necessary? Please help.
All this along with a multi-vitamin, l-tyrosine, cod liver oil, and vitamin C, lots of soymilk, and barley tea.
Also short daily massage and heat for 30 minutes after.
I want to make a boobie batter but I don't have extracts so I must use powder from capsules. Any suggestions?

I want to add Hops to my routine! Should I use it in my boobie batter? I also have some leftover from my first NBE effort...should I just finish the rest?
