Hey~~ I'd like to know if there is a forum like this for more generalized remedies. Like colds and headaches or increased energy or something.
It'd be nice to know all that kind of stuff instead of taking all sorts of chemical pills. You just don't know whats in there!
I've done plenty of searches, but I never find what I want. Whenever I actually land in a forum, it's never one where herbal remedies are discussed... and if I find a page about herbal remedies, it's never a forum and never says how much of something to use... just says "this plant has been known to help with..."
Anyone know of any? This forum is very helpful (if not very active :] )
