Hi there, my name is Rashelle. I stubbled across this site and thought it was friendly and very informative. I was hoping someone could give me some info/advice on a routine?
I've started taking 1 x fenugreek and 1 x Borage oil, 3 times a day. I'm also on a birth control pill and understand it can interfere with the growth process, but I'd rather stay on it for various reasons.
Here are my stats
Sex: F
Age: 19
Height: 157cm (5 ft 2)
Weight: 45kgs
Current Size
Bust: 32inches
Rib: 30.5inches
Bra: Depending on the cut of the bra, I'm usually bouncing between a 10A and 10B.
Do you have any problems like PCOS, Endometriosis, etc. Nope.
Are you on any medications? I'm taking the contraceptive Logynon. Also taking a daily multivitamin and the occasional cold/immunity vitamin.
Children? Nope.
Breastfed? Nope.
If so, how long?
Any hobbies, diet, or exercise that would interfere with an effort to increase fat? I do dancing and a lot of walking since I do not own a car but I've had a steady weight between 44kg-47kg for the past 5 years.
Body type: Um...I know there is endomorph etc, but I can't remember which one I am. I'm just gonna say I'm 'pixie' size haha.
Aim: I want to be a steady B-small C cup.
I don't have any problems with my health and I'm quite fit, I just wish I had a bit more boobage so I could fill out clothes better. I'm the only female in my entire family who doesn't have a C-D cup. Strange. But also, I'm the only active one haha.
This was my rough idea for my routine:
1 x FG
1 x BO
= 3 times a day. Massages when possible.
I'm also going to start PM, 2 a day for 15 days from my 1st day of my cycle, then stop until next period.
I've been on my FG and BO for about 2 weeks now, but I have felt no tingling/growing pains. Does this mean I should ramp it up? I'm awaiting my PM to arrive
Any help would be great please! I really do wanna start the new year with a growing chest lol!!
