I am so green at this, but based on what I have read so far, here is what I came up with. First, some stats, I am 35, breastfed for a very long time 2 children, slim figure, my breasts, due to bf'ing are sagging like two empty pockets, I wasn't big to begin 36 A I would say, now I am down 2 sizes. I don't smoke, about to swich to Yasmin BC, respond well to herbs generally.
Here is what I came up with based on what I read:
Fenugreek - 3 times at day, 1750 mg total/day Saw Palmetto - 3 times daily, 1760 mg total/day
Massage - 5min nightly with EPO, not sure about the technique, so just basically rubbing the oil into my breasts, especially the top parts and under arms, as that's where the most damage seems to be.
Not sure what else I should be doing or if I am even doing it right - should I add anything else to this routine or ammend it?
Your help would be greatly appreciated - I am really anxious and determined for this to work,and I believe it will, but only with the right amounts of everything and besides trial and error I could really use your knowledge as well.

For massage, see "transdermal considerations" in madredesiete's routine. Use the one with borage and olive oil. Also take a good multivitamin with a good B complex in it, one gram of borage oil at night, and a good exercise program. The best thing you can do is to read the above and get an understanding of how the herbs work. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. --------- OK, that is the same for you too with the exception of the herb amounts. The amount you have listed is OK for your size. Keep them around 1500 to 2000mg per day. Are you in the Northern Hemisphere? Is it Winter time? If so, wait until mid March to begin or you will just waste your time and money. Best wishes! Wahaika
