I have been looking at Pammy's routine and Madredesiete's routine and I am thinking of doing one of them - can they be done thought, while on Birth Control pills? I am very new at this and really don't have any ideas where to begin and I am taking BCP, and don't want to mess up my body.
Can anyone please help me with some advice?
Thanks.

What kind of BCP are you using?

Hmmm. As I remember, ortho tri-cyclene is not one that works too well with BE. The best way to go is no BCP. If you really need BCP, Yasmin and Diane have the best track records. Yasmin is probably the better of the two.
How big did you swell when breast feeding?

For my frame and figure, I would say fairly big, probably 2-3 sizes, they became bigger, of course, than before bf'ing, but when I stopped (after 3 years total), they look like 2 empty pockets, it's horrible and I actually hear jokes about me being flat from my close girlfriends. If I were to go off cyclene and on to another birth control pill, which one should it be and which routine would be optimal for me?

Pammy's routine and madredesiete's routine are really the same thing (Modified Greenbush routines), except that ramping dosages and observing growing pains to determine where to stop ramping dosages is another tool in your arsenal. Another routine you might take a look at is surf's routine on Eve's forum: www.network54.com/Forum/482052/thread/1141405734/last-1167151656/My+stats+&+routineI would say that a Pammy's/madredesiete type of routine would be good. Keep the herbs at about 2000mg level. I think that the best BC for BE is Yasmin. I also think that you have the best chances if you wait a month or two at least. If you saw madredesiete's routine, you may have seen the "Timing of Routines!" thread. Serotonin production is another serious consideration. For years I have seen women try to grow in the winter and it never works, except for a few exceptions where they were maintaining momentum that was already in motion.
