Dear ladies who wish to start a routine now,
If you live in the northern hemisphere, it is still too early to start a routine. Please read the following link to the timing of routines! thread.

In a nutshell, the body is getting ready for cold weather in the fall and winter. The body is more interested in gaining and distributing fat for the purpose of getting warm. This means that the back, buttocks, legs, stomach are the main targets for fat accumulation. This process is receptive to daylight, not heat. The length of the day is what the body uses to determine where it is in this cycle.
Breast enlargement is mostly (not 100%) an effort of accumulating fat to the breasts by filling estrogen receptors in those cells that have them. The breasts and the above mentioned areas have these receptors. The herbs work by loosely binding with estrogen receptors because they have a molecular stucture similar to estrogen (hence the term "phytoestrogens" or plant estrogens). Since those above mentioned parts of the body are the body's main target for fat accumulation, and since it there is another bodily function to protect itself by keeping fat off of organs, and since those other areas may already have more fat on them, they become a magnet for the herbs and other suppliments. That is, you can expect to get fat rather than grow breasts in the late fall and winter.
The best time to start a routine is after the spring equinox. This is the first day of spring, and the halfway point between the shortest day of the year (winter solstice), and the longest day of the year (summer solstice). For those who do not have the patience to wait that long, the second best time to start your routine is on a day that is departing the winter solstice, preferably cycle day 1 after January 1st.
The best routine to start with, no matter who you are, is some derivative of Greenbush's routine. The most popular and best track record being pammy's routine using Greenbush herbs because they are always fresh and potent.
The first few posts in madredesiete's routine has a lot of good theoretical material in it so that one can understand how the process works (for women only.)
I wish you all well in your progress. The best use of your time and money right now is to stock up on what you will need and wait.
Best wishes,
Wahaika
