Wahaika, If I were to incorporate Wild yam into my routine would that conflict with maca or hops. I think I am seeing growth but I have not really measured. The main thing I notice is that I get more swelling right before cycle begins. I'm wondering if the wild yam would progress things.

Hello JayG,
Sorry, I have been swamped. Wild Yam should not conflict with MACA or Hops.
MACA is usually used for raising testosterone. Why are you using it?
I'll go take a look at your routine...

I got swamped with things and haven't been able to check back myself. Maca raises testosterone oy vey! I was taking it sense I don't take birth control to make my cycle more tolerable and give me more energy as well. Also to help with my err backside. If it raises testosterone then I have been defeating the purpose. So I guess I should stop?
I do notice the pains and itchies have subsided so maybe the long term Maca use has conflicted with things...
I am at 34C now but I'm unsure if it had to do with actually growth or just having been measured wrong and wearing wrong size. :/

O wow, lucky you to be a 34C! That's my goal, yet I'll prolly get greedy. I would luv to be fitting into that right about now while it's still summer time lol. Unfortunately, I'm nowhere near that. But hey, I'll take a decent A, at least I'll actually have boobs then. Congrats on the growth and hope you get some more 'backyard' going soon with the Maca. If you think it's slowing you down, there's always squats to substitute with.

the 34 C might be related to growth... as I see signs. I honestly think I was a B bust still probably not the right band size before starting. I have stopped the Maca but unfortunately I have run out of my fenugreek caps. I guess I will have to substitute with my remaining fennel and hops until I get more.

Update... Do too heavy school load and trying to get more finances I lost motivation I haven't been doing anything. I've gone completely off my vitamin reggie ,workout, and all around health routine. I feel like a blob. I did think what I was doing was working, but it then went to hit and miss down nothing at all. I don't think my lack of sleep and increased carb intake is helping either. Plus I am this distressed at by looking at this large amount of maca I have, wondering what i going to do with it. I want to get back on track possible starting around July, which is after I am done with school. I am also wondering if there is a BE reggie that helps hirsuitism. Any replies or encouragement would be appreciated

Kit #3- Four Ounce Bottles
Your best value for the new, easy to use liquid extracts for breast enhancement. This kit contains 4 ounces of each extract; fenugreek, wild yam and saw palmetto. (12 ounces total- 60 day supply depending on use). These full strength extracts are alcohol free and Bio-Chelated to provide a holistically balanced product. The finest extracts available for just over $5.00 per ounce.
Should I mix all of these extracts into the lotion or do I have to use them separately?
I'm starting up my routine again this spring. I'm going to start taking the same supplements but this time I am adding bustea and possibly modifying my lotion recipe with these extracts.

What do you have in mind for your routine and working in the extracts?

I was going to use the extracts for the massage. I probably don't need the wild yam because I take that orally. I saw a few has success with the saw palmetto but I don't want to take any more supplements so I figured it would be good for the massage morning. I take fenugreek, fennel, wild yam and hops capsules.

I can't believe it has been a year since I have checked in here! I haven't been regular with my routine unfortunately. Had too much going on. I've started back on my herbs this month after a long winter break. Hopefully with some persistence I'll start seeing some more significant results.
