Hi, i read in your routine page that you noticed your spider veins were improved by the dry brushing. i have some ugly spider veins myself, i tried to make them disappear using all sorts of creams and pills, but nothing worked. how bad were yours? and do you really think that the dry brushing helped them?i did dry brushing on and off, but i was always scared to brush the areas with spider veins, i was afraid i could make them look worse.did you used something else or only this?and how long did you do it? Thanks

Hi Cordina, I don't really know how to tell how bad they are. Spider veins are new to me. I just got them during my last pregnancy. My husband described them as looking like really bad bruises on my leg. They were probably a couple of inches around. I had 2 sections on them on 1 leg. The only thing I can contribute them going away to is skin brushing. I haven't taken anything for them or used any kind of cream for them. I have read that skin brushing is actually good for them. I used a brush like what Wen' recommends- the hair brush with the balled tips (right?). I've just done skin brushing off and on since I started BE in May. I've had these things for a couple of years so I kinda stopped paying alot of attention to them and then I just happen to look at them the other day and they are barely noticable. If I got myself a tan you wouldn't even notice them! So I really don't know for sure that it's the skin brushing but they didn't change at all before I started BE. That's the only thing I've really done for them. Oh, I put some horse chestnut ointment on them ONCE before I noticed them looking better.....but seriously, once can't make a difference...especially that much of one! right? Man, finally found it...I use a brush like what Wen' suggested at the bottom of this page! beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=Routines&thread=3225&page=4

Looks like one of those hairbrushes to me! I didn't want to buy one of those special brushes..and the hairbrush one is supposed to give you deeper stimulation. Good Luck!
