Hi Wen, I have a few questions. Is there anything I can do to help firm up my breasts? Also, I have a little pooch from my babies. Could you dowse for me to see If there is anything I can do to tighten my stomach muscles. I have back pain from scoliosis and sit ups or crunches just make the pain worse. Another thing, Is my right boob ever gonna catch up to my left? LOL!
Thanks Wen!

Lordy. Lemme c here. Well, filling in your breasts will help them 'firm' up..you mean lift them? (like your skin is stretched out?). If that, then there's OTC product called Rennaisance stretch mark cream that'll help you perfectly after you do BE. Also, they will get closer in size. L will be bigger by only 0.1c by end of regimen. For scoliosis/stomach muscles- the best thing AFTER BE (again) is take supplements to strengthen your spine. Then- you'll be able to stand up straighter- which will pull in the pouch by 80%. Then the rest, you can do torso twists (twist as far as you can to the left and right) to get rid of it. 50 reps/side, 3x's a week after scoliosis regimen. Scoliosis regimen- glucosamine/chondroitin mix like www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=XS-1006 for 25 days @ 1cap/nite b4 bed. You'll need to stretch daily. Reach arms up to sky as high as you can and hold for 10s. Repeat 5x's back-to-back. Then over the next 2-3 weeks, your back should straighten up by about 70%. The other 30% isn't possible to fix at this stage (naturally). HTH!! Wen'

I let a awful lot pass but I cannot let this pass. 1. If you truly have scoliosis (curvature of the spine, usually sideways but not always) then you need to know that there is no way that you can get a 70% reduction in curvature in 2-3 weeks by simply stretching and taking a suppliment. The suggestions, while good coming from a chiropractor or physical therapist would be much longer term and would be demonstrated to you by them to address your specific situation. Chiropractors and physical therapists are part of natural medicine. 2. A 100% reduction is possible with the right chiropractor and depending on each case. But it takes multiple visits per week for possibly a year or more. You would probably have inserts for your shoes to re-aim your feet which would also correct any differences in the length of one leg vs. another during treatment. If you want to address something serious like scoliosis, I definitely recommend that you see a competent and seasoned chiropractor, especially before it gets to a serious point where natural medicine will indeed not be able to fix it and then you would be looking at surgery to correct it. Again, no response necessary. I really did not want to chime in but I could not in good conscience let that one pass without comment. Wahaika

Hi everyone: I've also seen a chiropractor because they thought i had scoliosis, but it turns out that mine is straight now because i didn't have much to start with. When i was younger he told me that my lack of exercise was a huge part of it because my back muscles weren't strong enough to support my spine. that makes perfect sense. His chiropractics helped me. I def. don't think they are a joke because that's their profession. They went to school to learn about the anatomy of the body and how to best help with situations that occur in our bodies like curvature of the spine.... It usually hurts because your body is not used to being aligned properly, and for your body to recognize that it needs to be put back into it's appropriate place will be a process, but it's not impossible to defeat curvature. My mom is also a massage therapist of almost 20 years, and she has studied and spent many hours of learning the anatomy of our bodies, the bone placing, muscles, and alignment of our "out of whack bodies." She has also said that it's our body responding to being put back into place- it will hurt a little. And- I have to say- There are no "real" doctors on this site that can inform us of our problems, and I doubt that wen is a doctor. She may be knowledgeable and has done a lot of research, but to feel as though she has the answers and cures for your back is not something i would think that you'd want to put all of your faith into. It could end up becoming worse if you don't actually continue with a professional. It just makes sense and seems logical. But i'm not here to stab- just to help and hopefully you inderstand where i'm coming from

I have been off my period for a few days now. I have had stronger sensations this cycle. I am still having aches and tingles everyday, some days are stronger than others. I still have fullness, it hasn't gone away so that is great! Looking forward to seeing some more results!
I also want to add that today I tried on a few 34 A bras that used to slide up because I didn't have any bottoms. I am now filling them in more except for the tops but they are fitting so much better. A couple of my push up bras that are 32A or getting really snug. My left breast is bulging out of them. I might have to go buy a 34B bra next month. That would be exciting!

O.k, today I am having stronger tingles in my right breast for a change. Maybe this means my right breast will start growing now. It is day 12 of cycle 2.

I had some cramping today that felt like period cramping. It felt like I was gonna start bleeding I even had to go check. I am on day 14 of my cycle so maybe I am ovulating but I've never had cramping in the middle of my cycle. I didn't really have any sensations in my breasts today either.

Today I am having tingles in my right breast. My breasts fill like they are full of water.
Also, I have decided against starting a workout routine. I am currently 5'5" and only 110 lbs and am told by family I am too skinny....not to mention the last time I was working out I had a missed period and my body felt drained and dehydrated....and besides that I don't like the way my body looks in a size 2. If I could somehow tighten my stomach muscles and stay in my 4's that would be great. LOL!

O.k, I am on day 18 of my cycle and I seem to have deflated. I was liking the fullness too!! Oh well! It was nice while it lasted. They are definitely still fuller than before I started BE though. So, it looks like the fullness lasted a few days to a week for me.

I've got some interesting things going on today. Ok, it looks like my bottoms and sides are starting to feel out more. They still feel empty but are looking more round than before and not as saggy. The insides are looking fuller too.

Well, AF came today...... earlier than expected and that means I will be starting cycle 3 tonight. YAAAYYY!! I am not completely deflated and know I have a little bit more than when I started BE...as I can still fit into bras I couldn't before. I am also getting pains just about everyday still. I haven't had any itchiness like others have said. I don't know if that is normal or not.

Just keeping notes for myself- For the past couple days my boobs have started getting fuller again and today I started having let down feelings. I am at the end of my period now. My periods seem different somehow. I am thinking my flow isn't as heavy as it was before BE.

This morning when I woke up my boobs were sore and felt swollen. This has not happened before. They usually seem fuller in the mornings but never swollen.
