I am pretty new to this board, but have been reading for a while here and it seems like a great place to be.

I have been working on my BE programme for a couple of months before coming to this board. based on herbs and healthy diet plus some other supplements gathered along the way. I am sure I have developed more fullness but seems to come and go, but this is normal I understand.

However I asked Wenonae for assistance in my program and she has given me this programme:

Cycle 1: 1 Vitamin B, 2RR/ 5 drops Miner.
Cycle 2: 2 VitB, 3RR/ 8 drops Miner.
Cycle 3: 2 VitB, 2RR/ 9 drops Miner.
Cycle 4: 3 VitB, 2RR/ 7 drops Miner.
Massage is only needed for relief. Your BE is health-based vs. hormonally-based.

Based on Vit B, Red Raspberry and Trace Mineral supplement.

I have ordered the above online so I guess will take about a week to arrive from USA as I am based in UK.

Unless suggested to do otherwise I will continue to take my current batch of herbs etc. until the new items arrive.

I am quite excited about starting this new regime as it is very different to what I expected to be doing for BE.

As Wen says I need these to correct some health probs before I can develop, it will be interesting to see how I feel over the coming weeks.

Ihave had quite a stressful time lately and must say today am feeling very lacklustre and tired, even with the sun actually shining for a change.

Would just like to take opportunity to thank Wenonae for her valuable input and cant wait to start this new program properly.

There will be a delay in getting the supplements from USA as the minerals are a special order.

I have found these in the UK and wanted to check if they would be OK for me to start with, as I am keen to get things moving.

If not, then I will just wait until I get US supplements.

Do you have any more UK sites? I need to have a couple for helping people over there. This one has a more limited selection and I'm surprised by the price being so high.

The Red Raspberry there is only 6.4/10 rating, so it'll be negative effects after about 5 weeks of use. Good enough to use until the other comes. Just try to match recommended dose above (# of mg..not # of pills)

have found other makes, to see if any are better and for other UK people u might be helping.
Supplements are all more expensive over here than in the US it seems

Thanks so much for checking Wen, we just dont thave the choice that you have in the US and at higher prices too.

I will get the other brand and swap when US meds arrive.

I started with my new routine last week,about 15.10, this is with the UK supplements as US ones wont arrive for a couple more weeks.
so this is partly a journal for my own record of progress.

I have noticed that my boobs have felt achy and have had some itchiness in the nipples. I find it hard to believe that things are working this early as my program is meant to be correcting some health issues before growth, so will just monitor things and see how it all goes.

I have been on y programme for about 1 month now.
I ave not felt anything much healthwise or boob wise but perhaps too early to expect anything much.

Have not been sleeping great but last couple of nights seem to have had uninterrupted sleep so thats good.

Woud like any input as to whether I should change anything or add anything.

Just want to get this right.
