I ordered a NBE program from Greenbush.net which provided me capsules that have :Fenugreek, saw palmetto, and wild yam mixed into one cap, along with an extract with an equal amount that i put in a beverage 3 x per day. Daily:(broken down) Fenugreek= 4403mg, 1 capsule x3 daily plus enhancement blend capsule: 3capsules- 3x daily Fennel= 1000mg, 1 ml fennel extract in beverage Wild Yam= 1715mg, enhancement blend capsule 3 capsules- 3x daily Saw Palmetto= 1715mg, enhancement blend capsule 3 capsules- 3x daily Evening Primrose= 1500mg, 1 capsule 3x daily **Massage and Heat** A. 1-2 massages a day, depending upon circumstances, with heat applied after. B. 1/2 ml of Fenugreek Extract(500mg) with 2 pumps Shea Butter Lotion (jergens), and 2 drops of pure peppermint oil (GNC). C. Heating pad on medium heat applied directly after for 5 minutes. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! It's not confusing at all, it just sounds like it is, but it is actually quite convenient. If you're looking for a routine to actually work for you, the best you can do for yourself is put pure and potent herbs into your body to take effect. The herbs i've selected are not store bought with added "fillers" or distracting add-ins that weaken the affect of the herb. I got them from a trustworthy website that specializes in producing very inexpensive, potent and pure forms of the herbs that you want for NBE! Do your body the favor of putting pure herbs in it! SO i guess i'll kinda treat this like a journal. I've been on this program for 1 week tomorrow and am already feeling a heaviness and sensitivity in both of my breasts! I'm taking this a great sign of growth, but i'm really trying not to pay too much attention to it....only so that when they do grow, i'll for sure notice it. My breasts were very sensitive this morning! Especially my nips. After i had massage, which is usually for about 7 minutes or so..i felt sensations in them kind of like a light light tingle, but they weren't tingling....just that sensation. Considering it's only been 6 full days, i'm really excited!

apparently i'm starting to smell using thses herbs in the lotion for massage. I've been told now a few times by people in the vicinity that it smells like maple syrup. Actually it's been said by surrounding people too that are just near...I didn't think it was me at first, but i think it is. A coworker walked back into the office this morning after being out for a meeting and said it smelled like curry and indian spices.... Io i'm just wondering if i should switch things up a bit.? like mabey just do massages with lotion and heat and no herbs, only ingest the herbs instead of the external use.?

So i cut back on my lotion and don't smell anymore. I went to 1/2ml of fenugreek only and peppermint oil, which has a nice menthol cooling affect (very light and feels lovely!) I have also integrated a proper breast massage treatment into the program, which is a massage the drains lymphatic system, aiding in the draining of toxins, promoting a healthy and faster growth of Breast tissue. I've already seen growth! In 3 fulls weeks, i finally measured, and though AF is visiting right now- with swelling i've grown 3/4 of an inch. The true test of perminant growth is when i'm done with this weeks visit, and measure in the start of cycle 2. I'm telling you- the potent herb blend that i'm using is really the best you can do instead of trial and error with these other "filler" herbs that aren't guarenteed to be 100% pure.

ACT: Anti Cellulite Treatment Oh, ive also brought in a whole new program to my daily routines for cellulite reduction! Yay! hehe. Almost every woman has it, regardless of age, and weight. I'm average/fit, work out 3 times per weeks, and weigh 135lbs, but my thigsh hold a weight that has some cellulite. Bath and Body works has some really great products for cellulite that include the better quality (more pure) herbs, which are more expensive than many of the mass-products like Nivea that are cheaper and are less pure. Firming Lotion 250ml $32 Cellulite serum (with caffeine) 200ml $32 It's an investment, but well worth it with the right techniques and massage. My Story: I've studied a great deal about the lymphatic system in our bodies and it's response to specific touch and massage to promote detoxification. We have lymph nodes in two places in our inner thighs: upper thigh (groin) and middle thigh at the top(about 2-3 inches down from our gentiles.) There is a technique that has been used for ages called "SKIN BRUSHING" that stimulates your skin, which is our bodies largest organ, to shed unneeded toxins. You would think- Skin being the largest organ, it must also have a lot of toxins. Skin brushing: Skin Brushing helps to remove dead skin cells, opening pores and preventing clogging. Open pores are better able to eliminate sweat and toxins which help the body to detoxify. update on breast growth. I had said before that i was going to measure that 3/4" again after my period because i didn't want to assume i had grown during natural hormonal swelling. It turns out now after AF has left for the month that the 3/4" has totally stayed! So i have grown just under an inch in a month...Because i have small breasts though you cant see a huge difference, it mainly looks like they're a little perkier, with some fullness or rounding at the bottom.
When i was going through puberty, i remember that i had extremely awkward breasts and i know that they didn't develop to their potential because of the strange shape they were for the longest time. They didn't "round out" like a normal breast until i was about 16? Thats when i noticed my boobies were starting to look like "real boobies"
(i have my current pictures posted in the pictures section)...
But im totally encouraged because of the rapid growth that I've already seen in 26 days. I'm wondering if they're responding due to a few different things- 1. I work out regularly(have actually lost 5 lbs during the time my breasts have grown) 2. I watch what i eat with portion control and basic food group components while not going heavy on calories. I probably average in between 1200-1700 calories per day based on my circumstances. 3. I have a very HIGH fiber diet for my digestion which eliminates the toxic fats through your colon and allows me a healthy balanced body. 4. I use skin brushing as a personal lymphatic drainage routine for the cellulite on my thighs which also rids my body of toxins. **My cellulite has seen a dramatic difference in the (only) 3 weeks i've been doing my ACT(anti cellulite treatment) routine. I am SOOOO stoked.
I went to see a girlfriend yesterday after not seeing her for a few months because she was out of town and the first thing she said to me was "Have you lost weight!!?" Staring at my thighs she said, "your thighs look amazing!!" So i described all that i was doing, and then we went swiming, and i was not as ashamed as before to be in a bikini. She said she was totally inspired.
All that to say- taking care of yourself, keeping your stress levels low, not worrying with the measuring tape, keeping positive and most importantly- using discipline as a goal has helped tremendously.

Alright...SO. Today during massage my left breast was sore! When i woke up this morning it felt very very sensitive and even during massage (i massage lightly because it's not about the pressure, its about the right touch) and they were very tender. I'm glad about it though, especially in the left one because that's the one i've been massaging more due to it being a bit smaller than the other one. i want some balance! At any rate, i'm very excited about this all. In the last 6 weeks of working out 3x per week, skin brushing with cellulite massage and doing BE- i've lost weight, gained muscle and gained 3/4" breast. I'm not losing any weight in my breasts which is where i lose it first: my breasts, face and stomach. My husband says i have a healthy and beautiful glow to me. I'm taking the sensitivity in my breasts as a great sign because im no where near ovulation or AF- and am now in cycle 2, which is also exciting in itself; knowing that these past 33 days of NBE haven't been in vain.

My breasts have been really sensitive this whole cycle so far. I'm not sure how many days im into cycle 2 yet, i'll have to count later. But i am noticing that they are nice and squishy and fill up my padded bra with fullness on top that i never used to have. My breasts were always flat on top in bras with no fullness whatsoever. I'm really excited... I know it takes time, so im going to have to wait and just stick it out for a couple months. its been said that the best results are seen anywhere from 4-6+months of diligent usage. It's become my routine though for sure, which makes the whole process a lot easier because i just do it.... I'm really so excited that i have these new bras i can fill up, even thought they're already pushup bras with the extra padding....I still feel more womanly. This is one of the new bra's i got from Felina in pink. It makes my breasts look great!

Oh, lol. That unfortunately is not my body, just the bra that i bought recently. This bra though, has that same affect on the breasts even though i don't quite have as much as this lovely lady has. I have pictures up though, if you wanted to see what i actually look like.

Hey Christa how long has it been since you've started your BE? Because the results look pretty good so far, that 1/2 inch.... It's actually a cool idea to measure nipple to crease and then to collarbone, i haven't thought of that- so i think I'll give it a try A lot of times it definitely seems like women who've breastfed do well on these herbs to put in a little extra firming and fullness. It should work for you. Do you have a routine? Hey Femi, In case you didn't see my reply to your question you asked on my stats page I started my Be on September 26th. I just started cycle 2 Monday night. It's mostly fullness in the bottoms. I hope so because my boobs are sad looking after breastfeeding for so long. I am seeing improvement in the left breast so far so I am really happy about that. I am hoping the right one will fill up soon too. They could be firmer though! That is another good site! It is really great to see other's successes! I know what you mean about being impatient! I have had small boobs forever minus breastfeeding of course. LOL! So, I guess I could wait longer! I am totally committed to my BE.
It is also nice to have this board and to be able to relate to other women going through the same process. I hear that itchies and tenderness are a good sign. I haven't had itchiness but I have had tingles, aches and let down feelings. I should probably be keeping track of it on my routine page. LOL
Keep posting those links girl. You have great info!

LOL, thanks Christa! I guess it pays off to research and be interested in these topics because then we all bring to the table different pages and info. yeah! SO my cycles are 28 days long. I take BC which regulates my body so i know exactly when i get my period, and that's nice. I have the rest of this week left and then on Tuesday i will start my period in the morning after i get up. Up until this last week my breasts were tender for the whole cycle (2 full weeks), and now this last (3rd week) before my (4th week) period, my tenderness has vansihed. You would think they'd be more tender towards the end when you're in your stage right before AF,but maybe my body is different? Who knows. They don't really look like they;ve grown...but then again it seems like when we're "watching" we don't notice anything until we see our results pictures. It's almost time for that 2nd results picture. After this week and next week i'll measure again since i'm measuring twice a month. During swell, and after to see if i've retained growth. I HOPE! I truly do hope. I'm very devoted to my BE as well....I want to see results after all... When i find more links, i will totally let you know, C!
