Hi everyone. I am new to trying out BE. I actually started looking into it about two months ago. I just researched some premade mix products and picked the one that seemed to have the most positive feedback on the internet. That was Breast Actives. I am almost finished with my second bottle of pills and still have quite a bit of cream left. I have had no noticable results. Every once in a while I think I feel some tingling but no growth. Now that I am reading more I think the dosage is far too low. So I am looking into trying something new. My dilema is that there are so many herbs that could be used. I don't like the idea of buying them all seperately to get higher doses because of taking so many pills in a day. Even then I am not sure what the right dose of each different herb would be to get results but not have side effects. Ironically it would be cheaper that way because nearly every bottled product with a mix of those herbs is pretty pricey. If I take more than the recomended dose then it would cost even more because I would run out faster. Lastly I don't know what brand to use, where to buy it, etc. There are so many places to buy from on the internet but I want the good stuff not fillers, ect.
Just a little info about me, I am 29, have had two babies and breast fed them both, one for about 5 months, the other 10 months. I was a barely B before the kids and of course fluctuated a lot during pregnancy and breast feeding. Now 4 years after stopping breast feeding my last child my breasts are somewhere around a large A to barely B again and of course not quite as perky. I am 5'3", pretty average weight and build, not too thin but not really overweight, kind of pear shape. I would not like to gain any weight with this process but might risk it for 6 months to a year if I can get a good cup size and some added firmness. Anyway sorry for writing a book. I basically want some guidance here, thanks.
