Hi Wen,
I've been taking Sytrinol for 3 nights now and have 5 left. I'll double check what my p says about having any candy during this time. I don't eat much of it anyway, but I think I'd better check.
One thing I wanted to ask about is that Sytrinol causes me to feel a bit sickish soon (1/2 - 1 hour) after taking it and it causes a lot of gas and I think for that reason a bit of tummy pain. My stomach is sensitive at the moment because of IBS, but these things are definitely triggered by Sytrinol, even though the bottle says "no side effects". Is this okay?
I tried dowsing yesterday, but couldn't get it working. I've asked my partner to ask me yes/no questions that I dowse the answer for. 3 days ago I got 5/6 right and 2 days ago 4/5 right, but yesterday it just didn't seem to work.
Thank you. Satu

Hiya Satu-
NO candy (will cause...GUESS what?..gas!!! lol). In fact- avoid sugar in general.
Do this..and you should be ok.

Oh bummer! Now all the delicious enjoyments went behind locks until I'm done with Sytrinol. I'll do my best to avoid sugar.
Thank you so much.

Hi Wen,
I was wondering if there would be anything else I can do to get rid of the bloating. I think Sytrinol causes it directly as well and it's quite a lot and quite uncomfortable. I get gas because of IBS and lactose, but neither of those should be causing it at the moment. I don't eat anything with any dairy in it and my IBS is slightly better right now. If you have any ideas, I'd appreciate that as I'm not sure if I can take 4 more days of it.
Thank you. Satu

Hi Wen,
Thank you for your advise with Tums or Rolaids. I didn't end up needing to use much anything. My tummy got used to Sytrinol slowly.
I'm finished now with Sytrinol after 8 days following the instructions given. I don't notice any big difference on the top roll though. There could be a small difference that I can't be sure of. I don't know if I did something wrong or maybe the results'll come with a delay after I've now stopped Sytrinol.
I dowsed that I'm finished with Sytrinol and that I still should not have candy, but a teeny bit of sugar won't kill the fat loss. I have still a couple of days to go before I should notice a clear difference. I hope this has worked. If you think I'm doing something wrong or something else, please let me know.
Thank you so very much for all your help. I very very much appreciate it. Satu

Hiya Satu-
Cool that your tummy settled. Yeah, it's slowly starting to dissolve, but you won't notice big difference until 2 days from this post. It'll drop in size 25%. Should finish decreasing 10 days from now (wow! still fast). You did everything fine.

Hi Wen!
You're a superstar! Your post gave me more hope. I guess the difference in 2 days time is just a fluctuation from the original dowsing (maybe because I had a bit of cookies in the beginning of doing this). 25% from what it's now sounds perfect. Exactly what I want. Then I won't have a belly. I'll post again after some more days to let you know how it's going and I'll try to stay away from candy.
Wen, you've already helped me so much, but do you think I could ask about something about the lactose intolerance I have. (Lactose could be one of the causes for the tummy.) I've been to tests and stuff, but they never measured how badly intolerant I am, but I'd say 100% because the tiniest thing (f.ex. tiny bit of lactose in the Allegron tablets get me bloated). They took blood tests about other stuff and found nothing. They haven't had a look into my tummy, but I was wondering if it's possible to know by dowsing if I will be able to get my lactose tolerance back (at least a little bit). I know I can't completely get it back. Maybe there's another reason (f.ex. IBS) causing the problems and milk just irritates it, but I'm not actually completely intolerant. My mother (who works in a hospital and is very knowledgeable) said that the fact that if taking lactase enzyme tablets doesn't make me hardly any more tolerant, there probably is another reason for it. I'll wait until January/beginning of February to have tests taken by a doctor when we fly home to Finland. If you prefer not to say much about this, don't worry. I'm not using it instead of doctors though.
Thank you for everything. As always you're the superstar! Satu

You have an imbalance in one of your organs in its enzyme level. Getting it's your spleen. A 10 day regimen could get your body "workin" again. Find a product like: www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=FJ-1022 to help with that. Dowse regimen, and I can check it for you. DON'T START THIS UNTIL mid-November when your body has finished righting itself from the cortisol problem. Wen'

Hi Satu I look forward to seeing how this works out for you. I have a fat roll that I can't seem to get rid of either, no matter how much exercise. I don't think it's caused by the same problem, but just to see that it can really go away in such a short time would be great! I really hate to believe that it is something I just have to live with now (like I hear so many people tell me). Maybe one day I can figure out what's going on with mine and get it taken care of. Can't wait to see your progress! FM PS- Wen if you have any suggestions for me I'd love to hear them...as long as they won't give me migraines

.... PS- Wen if you have any suggestions for me I'd love to hear them...as long as they won't give me migraines Yeah...learn something new all the time. From you it was surely to be SPECIFIC to ask about MIGRAINES when I do my questioning..lol. Yeah, it really does seem you have a cortisol build-up problem which is attributed to stress. Your NO-MIGRAINE-routine would be: 6 days of nettle like www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=NH-1785 of 3 caps in morning on emtpy stomch w/ at least 0.5c of water. Only caviat- you can't do a BE-type regimen at the same time. Will be a waste of swallowing as it won't allow the new fats to really "take". Ones you have from previous BE will be safe. But only when doing the recommended routine above. Wen'

How long after taking the nettle would I have to wait to start BE? (I've still got about a week before my next cycle starts anyways, and I know I just have to start sometime during my period, and since it's 7 days long...that gives me a couple weeks at least. BUt I'm fine waiting for another cycle to start up BE again.) Is there anything else I would have to do-certain things to eat or not to eat during that time, exercise, etc?
Sweet! They have that brand at my local store!
Final question, how long would it be before the lovely roll goes away? or most away?

Also, can I start that anytime, like tomorrow morning, or is there a better time?
Thanks Wen'.

me back... You can start BE during the next follicular. So if you do it during Days 21-28 luteal, then yeah..you can start BE that next cycle. Foods to avoid- sugar not a big deal for you, but don't get too happy. Limit caffeine the most tho' (especailly coffee and chocolates). Like a cup every other day. Roll goes away starting 6th day. 90% gone in 11 days. Tomorrow morning is fine Wen'

Me again too... Wow, so I can do this and start BE in the next couple of weeks?....and still lose my roll?! Seriously 90% gone in 11 days?! That would be amazing...especially since it hasn't gone anywhere, no matter how much weight I've lost! It'll be nice having my body all be the same size, instead of 1-2 sizes bigger at the waist! It could even be gone before I started BE! Too Awesome. Yeah, I'm starting tomorrow. Well, since I don't drink coffee or even caffinated sodas (or really hardly any soda at all) then that shouldn't be a problem. Chocolate however.....I'll really watch it...tape a reminder to my forehead every day so I don't eat or drink any. okay, so I'm going to start this tomorrow morning...going to the store tonight. I hope that is the same stuff. It looked the same. Maybe I'll PM you the link just to make sure. I'm going to measure tomorrow morning too...see how much of it actually goes away!
