Hi,
I wanted to write about this here, because I've started to believe that this is what happened to me.
I have a huge fat deposit on my middle section. Usually my stomach's had 2 "rolls" and the smaller one was on top. Now that I've lost weight, the top one is almost twice the size of the lower one and this is very embarrassing.
I read that hormonal changes (I believe from BE for 2 years) can cause high cortisol levels. I also suffer from an anxiety disorder, which is like having a constant bad stress. Cortisol is a stress hormone which is released into the body just like adrenaline and I have huge releases every day. Both reasons above + maybe my medication over a year ago (which lasted 2 years) that slows down some of the metabolism I believe caused this huge fat deposit.
I'm really desperate to get rid of the deposit and am wondering if someone would know more about these things and would have a suggestion as what to try to get rid of the deposit. I'm considering cosmetic approach as I'm out of ideas.
Thank you very much.

Awwwww, Satu!! Sorry to hear about this. I feel and match that you have imbalance of cortisol. I'll be a whole lotta mony if you use something to lower those levels, then the fats will dispense like they should. Look at www.vitacost.com/NSI-SytrinolUsing about 4 of those sytrinol at nite for 8 days+ some aromatherapy (add 4drop of lavender eo to a plate by your bed every nite for 5 nites)...you should start noticing a big change 5 days after you finish the eo (like 50% drop in that top roll's size). And over the next month...those rolls should really diminish. Report back. Wen' Wen'

Hi Wen,
Thank you for your reply. It's always lovely to hear from you.
Thank you for dowsing for me. I haven't done much of that recently. So many other things that take my energy that I feel I'm not balanced enough for it. I wanted to ask you about this NSI-Sytrinol thing. I haven't tried dowsing for this problem. I read on the vitacost site that NSI-Sytrinol is for cholesterol levels. Does it affect cortisol as well? The other problem is that we're in Australia at the moment and vitacost is American. I'll have a search around for NSI-Sytrinol here. The Australian customs are so strict I have a feeling they might not let the product through.
I'll try to get to buying some lavender aromatherapy. Also I wanted to make sure that you dowsed for the big roll, because I have a third very small roll on top of the 2 bigger ones, but I didn't think to mention that because it's not a fatty roll.
Thank you so much. You're always there for people on BE Board.

Hey Satu-
You know you're only Group2 with 10 accurate days rite? So no sweat on dowsing...
Forget you're in Aussie. The short answer abt using styrinol is yes. Yes checked big roll. Are there some Aussie vitamin sites or stores which have styrinol? If so, we'll just figure out which one to use.

Hi Wen, Yeah, I don't think I can dowse at the moment anyway. All the stress I've had has caused problems. Oh, Wen, there's no sytrinol at all in Australia. It's frustrating. I've had a look on Aussie websites and a couple of shops and today a middle-aged lady I spoke with said that Australia is a bit tight about citrus ingredients in herbals. Citrus Polymethoxylated flavones are one of the two ingredients in sytrinol. I don't know what to do. I wrote down two other products they had for cholesterol in the shop: Thompson's Cholesterol Manager and Blackmores Policosanol 10mg. Here are links to those as well www.thompsons.co.nz/afa.asp?idWebPage=8403&ID=144&SID=950482356and www.blackmores.com.au/Products/Detail.aspx?ProductId=1858I'm not sure if either one of those is any good. I have a feeling no. I'm just going to send an email to the Australian customs to find out if sytrinol would come through the customs if I order it from the US. It'll take at lease a couple of weeks probably. Would the time delay lower the efficiency for the purpose or can I still use it in a few week's time? Thank you so much Wen. You're the best. The truth is that with my experiences with doctors and others, I trust dowsing more, especially when someone as good as you does it. Satu

Heya Satu- Boy...what a trip! about the regulations. Yeah, neither of those will do. That routine will be good until Nov 25 ...and thanks for the thanks. Umm, some companies are 'certified' to send stuff to Aussie. You may want to ask about "NSI" and/or if it's ok for "Vitacost" to send stuff. Wen'

..also I really tried to see what other things would help you to be rid of the rolls...nothing getting anything else will be as effective. In fact, the next best thing would only clear up 25% of the problem (skin brushing).

Hi Wen and thank you again. Thanks for letting me know that I'm not in a huge hurry, which is good because of the availability of sytrinol. I got a reply from the customs today giving me another department's details to contact so I sent them an email. Vitacost doesn't deliver to Australia at all. I have a feeling they might let it through the customs, but need a confirmation. I'm just guessing that after doing a bit of research. iHerb delivers to Australia so I'll probably order it from them. Could you tell me if any of the ones on their website would be any good for me. Here's the link www.iherb.com/ProductsList.aspx?c=1&cid=1635&p=1&sr=0I tried dowsing for it, but like you said I don't really get indications. I felt a bit more towards Source Naturals, Sytrinol, 150 mg, 60 Tablets, but can't be sure. They don't have NSI-sytrinol, but I couldn't other reliable looking website than Vitacost when I could order it. When I tried seeing if NSI website would send it to Australia, I clicked on order and it went to Vitacost website. I bought the lavender today. Thank you Wen so much.

Thank you Wen.
Your help is very highly appreciated. I'm waiting for an email from some office that can tell me if this product would come through the customs. As soon as I get a yes, I'll order it. Hopefully it won't take too long.
I'll let you know how it goes.

Hi,
I've placed an order for Sytrinol on the website and it should make it to me within 5 business days via courier. I hope this will work. I've been already using lavender eo at night and I swear I sleep a bit better and deeper.
I received a reply from the customs and as far as I understood none of the ingredients are prohibited.
I'll let you know how it goes.
Thank you.

Hi Wen,
My Sytrinols have finally arrived!!! I'm very excited.
I've been using a few drops of lavender eo already for some nights. Tonight I'll start to use Sytrinol as well. It was 4 capsules of sytrinol at nite for 8 days and 4 drops of lavender eo to a plate by my bed every nite for 5 nites. Wen, you said it's about 4 capsules. Does it mean the number of caps vary from day to day? I'll give a try for dowsing as well.
I also have a question as I saw a doctor today who prescribed some Allegron for my IBS. Can I take this at the same time? It's just to make me a bit more sleepy and for my tummy to relax a bit. If they're not compatible, I can start the prescription after stopping Sytrinol. It's not urgent at all. Hmmm, after just doing a quick search for this Allegron, I found out that it's actually an anti-depressant, but it's used for other purposes too. I think the doctor said it's meant for me for the above purposes, but before I actually pick up my medicine, I'll have a look into it more, because I don't want anti-depressants that will mess up my body more.
Thank you for all your time and effort and help and I'll report back how it goes. Satu

Hi,
I tried dowsing and got pretty good answers. I had my boyfriend asking 6 yes/no questions from me and I got 5/6 correct. The 6th one could have been a misunderstanding of the word "approve" or maybe my accuracy was not high right there.
Anyway, I dowsed for yesterday that I needed 4 capsules last night. I'll try more dowsing today as it seemed to be going fine.
I also looked up info on Allegron and it is used for other purposes in much lower doses like mine (to relax my tummy and give a better sleep). I believe it's discontinued as an anti-depressant.
Thank you.

For your IBS. use fem dophilus (9.6/10). Hi, I tried dowsing and got pretty good answers. I had my boyfriend asking 6 yes/no questions from me and I got 5/6 correct. Your "good dowsing" days are Oct 12-18 (Sun- Sat every 4 weeks), but with a spiritual cleanse you can go from 6 days to 14 days (lavender eo, dowsed drops in a plate by your bedside as indicated). Thank you so much Wen.
I think I won't take Allegron quite yet. I have some probiotics in the fridge and I've been taking them for my IBS so I'll finish them off first and see what Allegron does. Then I'll consider the one you recommended.
Also thank you so much for having a look at what days my good dowsing days are. That helped me understand things better. I'll see what I can do about the spiritual cleansing. I've ordered this little spiritual book called The Quiet Mind and I'm looking forward to receiving it today or tomorrow.
I'll let you know how things go. Satu
