Stats: Age: 19 Size: 10aa I have a fair amiunt of hair on my body and face. i started my program about 2 weeks ago.
Fenugreek: 1000mg x 3 times a day (3000mgs) Evening Primrose Oil: 1000mg x 3 times a day (3000mgs) Flax Seed Oil: 1000 x 3 times a day (3000mgs) Saw Palmetto: 1600 x 2 times a day (3200mgs)
I have already started to notice a change. no sensatoins yet but my boobs are definatley fuller. also what do you recomend for a boobie batter?

Hi-
Your BE list should be 2 items: Vitamin C and Spirulina (http://www.vitacost.com/Earthrise-Spirulina-IL-4)
All of your other list above is overkill. On right doses you could grow about 2.1c over 8months. See below for recoos
6-month regimen. Take all pills a nite b4 bed w/ 1 cup of water. Change dose during period.
Cycle 1- 1g Vit C, 2 caps Spir Cycle 2- 1g Vit C, 3 caps Spir Cycle 3- 2g Vit C, 4 caps Spir Cycle 4- 2g Vit C, 3 caps Spir Cycle 5- 3g Vit C, 2 caps Spir Cycle 6- 2g Vit C, 1 caps Spir
No specific massage needed. Just for pain or itchiness relief. Wen'

Thanks for the reply. I'm confused now... i thought that fenugreek and saw palmetto was the way to go. so no saw palmetto at all?

Heya MStar-
SP and Fenu are not the only ways. It depends on what your body needs. It seems you just need more nutrients that actual hormonal help. So yeah NO fenu or SP for you. I have hair on my body- but I didn't need SP or fenu either.

Oh wow. Well thank you SO much for your help, i would never have known. 2.1 c? thats amazing... I'm really excited to start now. Just have a few more questions for you (sorry for the nuisance) so i can make sure i get maximum growth. Should I be massaging? and if so what would be the best boobie batter recipe for me? Also, what would the effect of exercising for me? I'm quite thin and dint want muscles. also, should i be increasing my protein intake? again, thanks for your help...

Hiya- Modified the routine to show massage info. Exercise- you can do up to 4 hrs aerobic exercise with no BE impact and you can do pull-downs or side-pulls, but advised against push-ups and similar exercises. You don't need to increase your protein intake unless you do a lot more exercising than the above. Wen'

wen, i haven't read about anybody succeeding in NBE by only taking spirulina and vit C. so i asked a natropath and they confirmed what i was thinking. do you think it would be better to take it aswell as the herbs i was taking but in smaller doses?

My mantra for BE- "Do your health then BE can more easily follow". In helping their health..it's not uncommon that many find that BE comes "outta nowhere".
In your case, you just have some deficiencies, so if you fix that- then the breasts that you would have already had- will come in. So no- I still don't think you need more herbs and all. Your case is "fixing health"- not hormonal imbalance. More herbs will get you even more than you would normally have- but it won't be a safe extra amount that your body can keep healthy.

oh, i see. sorry to be annoying but what if i took the herbs in a small amount? i think part of my problem might be hormonal imbalance as i'm quite hairy.

There's plenty of hairy people w/ big boobies too. Hair on the body isn't THE defining factor of hormonal imbalance (unless it's on the chin, thick big hairs on the chest, big hairs across the lip, etc.).
You can take "a little bit" of the BE herbs...but you'll probably find that you won't feel good doing it. If you do herbs + nutrients above...you'll feel better, but best w/ the herbs.
Play around a few cycles and see how you feel/do.

okay, so what i will start taking tonight is- spirulina- 2000mg vit c - 1000-2000mg fenugreek- 1000mg SP- 1000mg Flax Seed Oil- 1000mg
taken all at night about 2 hours after eating. massage with cocoa butter. how does it sound? i'm open to all sugestions. p.s scince i started playing around with BE (about one month ago) i have definatley noticed a diffference, alot fuller and one was bigger than the other for a while but that seems to have evened out. thanks for all your help.

wen, its been a while since i've posted anything. Just wanted to ask a few questions, i started taking wild yam aswell but could only find a capsule that included chaste tree.. will that affect my BE? also i'm now taking 2000mgs of fenugreek, i have experienced some growth but no itchieness or pain, why do you think that would be? and is there anything else i can do to maximise growth?

Chastetree will slow down BE. And for you fenugreek also slows down your BE. Flax is a waste of $ but won't slow down you're BE. Wild yam is a waste of $ and no value-add. SP drastically sets back your BE. Drop all these things. As I've said before, you don't need all the 'typical BE' things. More is not always better. Right now you're in for a really slow, slow, slow go.

ahhhh... okay, so then what would be best for me? i have had some growth but not alot. what herbs should i take? i was told that just spirulina and vit c would not do anything. how is it that all theese herbs are slowing down the growth? would BO be better for me? if so where do i find it? Before I asked for help, I was taking fenugreek and saw palmetto, and believe me i regretted it - all i got was cellulite from the sp and stinky BO from the fenugreek lol. I then gave up on those and took BO which made my face look like a hell hole... The herbs for BE are simple. We shouldnt be taking everything in sight that we feel is gonna help, but rather whats best for our bodies. Wen is sincere and honestly, i dont think she gets any real benefit from advising us, other than the fact that she is helping us out. I would take her advice, but even then, believe me BE is not an easy journey - it takes lots of patience and a strong will because there are gonna be lots of disappointments here and there...
