So I started a routine about 3 months ago just taking red clover every night on an empty tummy, then ramping up the first day of my period. I haven't had any growth yet, and haven't experienced any pains or tingling, other than pains that I get right before my period. I'm not sure if this is a part of BE, but I have been breaking out like I was going through a second puberty. Is that a sign that the red clover is working? Is there something else that I should be adding to my routine right about now? Thanks!

Hi..here's what I had for you before Are you doing the sheep sorrel? Yeah...good ole acne is a sign. You're due for real pains and all about now. Your doses seem fine. Keep doing what you're doing for the RC part. Wen' This post is based on this thread:
Here's my recoo's for a regimen for you.. Ramp RC from 500mg to 2500mg RC over 4 months taking one dose at nite before bed (1.5-2hrs after dinner). Keep at 2500mg for another 2 months.
Keep steady amount of sheep sorrel in your system (1 cap a day for first month, then every other day after that). This will help keep you to keep any bad multiplications of fat cells at bay. Honestly after doing a cursory search on the sites I normally buy from, it'll prolly be simpler to get bulk powder from http:.//www.mountainroseherbs.com and take two pinches in 1/4 cup of water (you can put on your tongue, but it'll prolly take vile. With the water, at least you can take it like a shot). You can make capsules...but takes time (although it's not too bad). I like the Capsule Machine and the "0" size.
Massage- don't bother until Month 4. By then, your system should be able to handle it AND it will help your BE. Do 75 rotations inward at nite before bed.
On this 6 months regimen, expect sensations starting about Month 3 and at it's end you should have 2cups worth of permanent fat cells in your breasts (only 0.75cups will be filled though). After you get off the BE pills (at the end of your period), keep a balanced diet and over the next 3 months 1.25 cups should come in.

Hello Wenonae!
Thanks for your fast reply:-) I haven't been taking Sheep Sorrell...my bad. I will try to find some soon so I can start adding it in. What mg should I be taking for that? I am taking about 1500 mg of Red Clover right now and I take that with water every night before bed. So I will stick with that and see what happens. Thanks again for all the help! I needed a little picker upper right now cause I am getting super discouraged with taking herbs and not getting results....So thanks!

Heya.
Vitamshoppe has a brand from Ecletic Institute that looks good. But as an amount in general, do 600mg minimum..or as close to that as possible. Again, the Mountain Rose Herbs looks simplest and with least amount of shipping time. Be sure to check your local herb shops too. If you tell me the brand, I'll let you know how many caps to take. Prolly between 1-2 per dose.

Is losing hair a sign as well? I usually lose a lot of hair...always have since I can remember, but it seems to have increased since taking red clover. My periods are a lot easier though. I usually only have 2 days of heaviness, then almost nothing afterwards. I am loving that! I used to be in agony for quite a few days... so that's a nice change:-)

I am so sorry to keep asking questions....but I called our local natural food store and they can special order the sheep sorrell in liquid form. So I would mix a few drops with a little water, and drink it that way. Does that sound ok...or should I be looking for capsule form rather than liquid? She also said that it would be about $12 a bottle...sounds a little spendy. Oh, the brand is Herb Pharm...not sure if you have heard of it before. Thanks again...can't tell you how much I appreciate all your help!!!!!!!!

Hiya Az- It's better to ask and be sure..rather than guess and miss Unfortunately, the best way to inject liquid herbs is sub lingually (under tongue, hold for 15-30 sec). Most herbs don't taste that great..and this can also sting a little bit due to alcohol used to make extraction. But, if that's all the shop can do...then it's better than nothing! That brand, you'd need to put 5 drops sub lingually vs. the 1 cap. Follw the steps above for when to take the sheep sorrel. Wen'

Wow..that was a fast reply....So I will go ahead and order the liquids, and if they get to be too much to take, I'll start looking elsewhere for something else. Thanks again for everything!

My boobs feel like they have headaches...if that makes sense. There is no sharp pains, and they don't hurt when you push on them, they just feel different. My nipples also seem to be a bit darker. Is this good? Another quick question if you don't mind....I need help with the whole acne thing. I use a benzoyl peroxide wash, but it isn't touching it. I have never broken out this bad...any suggestions? I know you mentioned this is part of it, but is there a topical thing I can use that might tame it a little? Thanks again for all your help!

Use a salicylic wash for this interim period (use at nite before bed is best). It'll take 2 cycles for acne to calm down. Your aureoles will change color a little bit, but should normalize back after the 2 cycles. Wen'
