age:24 blood type: O negative height: 5'3" starting size: 34aa
I've tried many products in the past 3 years (BO, mirifem, and the BE herbs) but I haven't gotten any growth. A while back, I tried coenyme q-10 + 1000mg fenugreek + 500mg SP and got some swelling that stayed after AF went away, but this swelling disappeared about 1 month alter when I used an external boobie batter (I forgot what I mixed into it..I think it might have been EPO + oregano). hahaa I feel like I've been all over the place so currently I'm using:
500mg fenugreek 500mg SP flax seed oil multivitamin
I just started this new regimen on 7/08 so no growth yet. Any suggestions?

just to keep you all updated....I just took one of those online hormone tests from www.altmednetwork.net/htest/test.html my results are excess estrogen (tender breasts, swelling, PMS), progesterone (not sure about this one....i checked off sleepiness and breast tenderness), and androgens (oily skin, some thinning of hair on scalp). Then again, this is only an online test, not an actual test from the doctor so I'm not 100% sure about its accuracy. Wen, does this change anything with the routine you recommended? happy growing to all of us *cheers*

Hi all~ I've just come back from being overseas recently so I wasn't able to start my routine that Wen had recommended until now..but I will have to wait another 2 weeks until the beginning of my next cycle. I was wondering if the colostrum will cause any leakage?

I've been using the colostrum for about 2 weeks now...no signs of growth yet but then again it's probably still too soon. i was wondering...what should i do after cycle 7 since u said it might take 9 months to get 2.3c...and what do i do after cycle 9 to maintain the growth. thanks for all the help~ =D
