After proper cleanse, days Sept 2-11. It'll always be the same Tues-Wed every 4 weeks.

I been on my second cycle for a week now.

Havent noticed any visible changes.

Im gonna try to work on my spirituality.

Visible changes may not happen for as long as 3-4 months..sensations can take from 2-3 months to get going. But don't let me stop you from working on your spirituality.

So, the i'm using neutrogena acne cleanser which is salycilic based and it seems to be working.

I was thinking about a fade cream to lesson these red marks left from the past acne...I'm leaning towards Ambi fade cream but my skin is sensitive so I'm not sure... What do you feel i should use? or should i just wait it out? These scars/discoloration are not helping my self esteem...

The old scars will fade in about 2 weeks if you're consistent with the face wash.
Ambi isn't needed.

Heh..thank the SP for that. Imagine how much worse it would have gotten. What's weird, is that you have a spiritual action to help get rid of it for good. Lavender eo or lavender candle. Follow generic instructions on Alt Methods 'spiritual cleanse' thread.

i feel nauseated, its really hard to drive without feeling faint/conjested head.

I'm far from enthused to see your nausea probs, so tried to figure out what's going on. Best that I can assess- your hormonal adjustment is going so fast..you've got sensativity. Reduce the Fen by 2 pills for a coupla days. If you feel better, then follow-up with some aromatherapy lavender eo for 2 more days after that (3 drops on plate by ur bedside). After that- only add back 1 Fen at the end of this cycle.

For Cycle 4- do only 6 Fen and be sure your diet includes good fiber. Cycle 5 you should be on track to finish as previously written up.

so for cycle 4, i'm dropping the RC, thats supposed to be the cycle where i take the most RC too ? i was excited about taking 7 too, lol, i know im weird...

For some reason, I was thinking the butchers broom might be doing it because it only started after then...but im finishing up the bb soon...so maybe it will go away

i'll see what happens when i lower the fennel...i rather much stick to the my original routine, i have an attachment to RC, dunno why.
