Good shop, MRH is . Doesn't matter oil vs. herb. Per dose amount should be: 2 teaspoons w/o food at w/ at least 0.5c of water. You can mix with a dab of honey and swallow that way too. Wen'

and an update for myself...hmm i have no aches/itchiness/soreness/sensations on my breasts when im on the placebo week of my bcp...so i think my breast growth relies alot on my bcp. When i touch my breasts they r just barely sore...this has been the trend since i started NBE.

Umm so lastnite i tried on a dress that i havent worn in like 5months n the dress sooooo tight on the hips n breasts but also i noticed back fat n so im thinkin maybe im biased towards my waist measurement n my band size maybe they r growin and im in denial...wha is the best time to measure yourself? somewhere i think i read the 4th day of ur cycle anyone know for sure when the best time to measure is? I need to lose bout 4-7lbs i cant stand the extra cheeks i have when i smile or the additional back fat not to mention i have less then a month to fit into my dress that is too tight at the moment!

I was told mid-cycle was the best to measure, or day 10. That's usually when you see the growth.

Flatmama-
do you mean measuring in the middle of your cycle as in measuring during your period? or just day 10 into your new cycle once you're past your last recent period?

Your cycle is from the beginning of your period until the first day of your next period...normally about 28days...so mid-cycle is usually about day 14. Day 1 of your cycle is the first day of your period.

Past two days I haven't been getting any sensations on my breasts...i am wondering if this is the stall that naturally occurs due to wahaika's theory of less sun n shorter days equals minimum to no growth. I'll keep going with my current routine for another month n measure to see if I should ramp up/down or take a break? hopefully itll start growing again cuz i was hoping to reach D cups by march...maybe im being too optimistic...but i feel like if everyone else in my fam has full Ds why cant i? I am hopin that the only reason why i neva filled with my boobies is cuz of my stupid elevated androgens so im hopin now they r lowered or i have higher estrogen...neways happy growing everyone!

beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=Routines&thread=4302&page=1#28993:Some good info from Wahaika to remember: 1. No, not if you rely solely on natural sunlight. The days in December are about 7 hours long while the days in March/April are 12 to 13. What you can do is to take a small amount of fenugreek for november and December (like 500mg per day). You will want to break from it after that to clear your receptors. But I don't think that taking herbs during the winter is necessary. It's just that some women want to do something rather than nothing during these months and that is the best thing to do - keep the estrogenic herbs low. A break before starting is optional, but I think it would work better than just continuing the ramp up when you start. You can take other suppliments, like a good multi with a B complex, calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D and Boron. (The latter 3 help with the calcium absorption and usage.) You could also take Vitamin C. Time in the direct sunlight depletes vitamin C levels in the skin fairly quickly so it is good to build up. The best form is Ester C. 2. I don't know what tea concoction that you have in mind, but fenugreek/fennel is an excellent one. A cup of this once or twice per day is a good addition to any routine. A cup of soy based protein powder or soy milk has also had good results. I think that there are problems with long term soy usage, but in low amounts during a temporary BE program should be OK. But again, the optimal time for this is during the routine starting around Mid March. 3. Massage should be a part of the daily BE routine anyway. Breaks after 3 or 4 months is up to the individual. I think a break every 3 months is more effective than 4 months simply because it clears the receptors more often. But if you are experiencing growth, I would not interrupt it with a break unless it has been 9 to 11 months. More is not necessarily better. Longer is not necessarily better. You are the ultimate judge of what works best for you. Just take it as it goes and when you feel it is time for a break, take one. In the long run, there is not a lot of difference in 3 or 4 months. Normally, if what you are doing is not working after 3 months, it's time to examine it anyway. And also remember that EnglishChick just took the suppliments and then forgot about it and just let it happen. I don't know what your height/weight is but one of the problems with herbs is that they can go partly or fully to the back, stomach, thighs, butt, or arms. I think that by waiting until March you could more likely avoid a lot of that.

so yesterday i went to target to try to find a bra without any padding in my size so that i can gouge out my true bra size...except there was only 1 style of non-padded bra which was pretty ugly...and they didnt have any 32 band sizes at all! it was all 34 and above so i grabbed a 34 A and that was still kinda loose on me I thought 32b and 34a are the same boobsize...so now im thinkin maybe im actually smaller then i have been thnking all along and this is after an inch of growth! I wish my boobs would just become the size i want them too already....so i guess i have alot more work cut out for me then i thought. needless to say i didnt buy any bras because they were all a little loose. My right boob was and still is much bigger then my left boob so i gotta focus my massage on left boob...ok thats it for now!
